My order was delayed, and customer service was hard to reach. I did try using the AI chat bot first, but it was unhelpful. It just told me to enter my order number to track the package, but I already had done that. My order was shown as processing for over 10 days. When I did contact an actual human being on the phone, I did not hear back for several days after the conversation. I eventually got my order in the mail, but I am deeply disappointed with not only the postponement, but with the lack of attentiveness and delayed response.
