Review of depop

Suspended for no reason and Depop kept my money

This company has wrongfully suspended my account with 160+ sales, all 5 star reviews and 1-day shipping time. They sent me no reasoning as to why my account was banned. I had to reach out to the company on Twitter and still wait another day. They emailed me with a generic message saying I violated the terms and conditions and sent me the link to their entire terms and conditions to figure it out myself! I have always conducted professional business while using this app. The company has $360 of mine being withheld even though I communicated with those buyers and shipped out their items the very next day. There is no way for me to access my account or even talk to a real person at Depop. Beyond frustrated with this experience.

I've been a loyal ASOS customer for years and decided to treat myself to a expensive leather jacket using a discount code. The first jacket I received was oversized so I returned it for a smaller one. The smaller jacket had damage across the sleeve of the jacket. I raised the issue and returned it and got my refund. When I reordered the same jacket and got the same damaged one sent to me. There isn't any human customer service just standard chat replies.

I havent used the site for a year or two when I realised that I now needed to mail someone a document of just undern the other end of the email would not be interested in such an arrangement, 200mb.. I could have done a split rar file that would have rejoined its pieces back and then only when it was requested but to be honest, who wants all that hassle!? This just works. It delivered the emailed link immediately and then the person just downloaded the file right after that. No problems! Not sure where all the bad reviews have been coming from and why the service dropped but I can tell you, it went very smoothly today.

3 week wait for refund and counting!!!

Took 7 days to confirm receipt of returned good and after waiting 8 "Working" days to process refund, they had to raise another case to process the refund which would take another 8 working days!We are getting close to "working day" 16 and no sign of refund.Nice products but very poor customer service and returns process.Sort you returns procedure out and we'll start posting some positive reviews.

Very poor service for a console repair

Sent my faulty PS5 to Sony, in warranty for a disc drive fault. When they received it they told me the whole console was water damaged beyond repair and I had to pay £250 for a replacement console. I argued this repeatedly as my console had never even left the tv stand. This took weeks to resolve. Eventually after a lot of stress and emails back and fourth they were “kind enough” to replace my console as a “gesture of good will”, which is what should have happened in the first place anyway. I tried to complain about the whole thing and every time I emailed they just told me they couldn’t tell me what had happened and that they were sorry. No excuse for how my console was suddenly water damaged beyond repair. I wish I had just paid for it to be repaired privately rather than the stress of everything I went through. A very frustrating experience.

I was looking up squarespace to see something and I’m actually really surprised at all the bad reviews. (But then again most people only review something if they had a bad experience.) I started using squarespace in 2018 or so and since then they’ve only improved. My site runs fine, I pay my bill once a year, & they add new features here and there. It could be better which is why I gave four starts, I wish it had all the same features as Shopify. But obviously it’s not bothering me that much or I would’ve switched. I would try it for yourself before believing these reviews

Logistical Nightmare

Where do I start?Ordered a phone and after 2 days had heard nothing. I chased them via app and got a reply 2 days later. Said they would send tracking which they did. The phone details were sent to DPD but not the phone. I cancelled my order on app and emailed them to confirm. I then received a mail to say they were delivering in next 2 days and that it had to be dispatched. When phone arrived I refused delivery.I received another mail from them to say they were sorry I cancelled and that my refund would be processed when the phone was returned to their warehouse.Why? It's not my phone it's theirs. Not happy to wait that long so am sure I will have to escalate to resolver or PayPal.Very dissatisfied. Give them a wide berth at all costs

I got a lot of errors when I was trying to download my files, so I had to retry several times. Now I have used my download quota because of that. Luckily there are way better options out there.I have no reason to consider revisiting my review. I still have a lot of problems downloading my files. And you can’t trust the quota system either. It said that I had to wait 2 more minutes before I could download more files. When I returned two minutes later, it said 59 minutes. :(

Racist & Ignorant

This paper/media outlet is aimed at people that live in caves and have just discovered fire and could easily be renamed as an English Defence League forum. Sadly, there is no other way to describe the way it fuels the fire of racism and so openly accommodates the totally outdated and ignorant views of the few, whilst making them believe that they are part of some kind of majority tapping into what everyone thinks but is too afraid to say. According to this paper, there is no such thing as racism in 2019, just a bunch of black people that have exactly the same opportunities as the suppressed white male but prefer to wave the race card at every opportunity. Their readers are obsessed with the "left" and "snowflakes" is clearly a new word they've learnt and can't wait to use to describe anyone that doesn't agree with their view, love Donald Trump and hates Meghan Markle. You really don't have to think very hard to figure out why they hate Meghan so much when looking through the comments. Again, as others have said, they censor comments so if you challenge racists or other inappropriate commentators, you will end up having your comments pulled, which seems to be because many of these fair minded people suddenly take to being snowflakes themselves when you query their opinion. However, their racism is just their opinion so it isn't actually racist at all?!?? It seems all blacks are thieves and criminals and you can't actually be british if you're black/asian so you can be sent home, even if you were born and raised here. Any article involving black people and crime is jumped on as evidence of this incredibly stupid view, despite the fact the same paper is full of criminal articles involving far more white people committing serious and petty crimes every single day. They love the Piers Morgan approach of playing the white race card and claiming to be gagged on all issues of race, now making white men a minority?! Apparently, this is what happens when you're not allowed to talk about some groups or individuals in any offensive terms you like, as they did freely in the good old days. So, unless you're a racist who is part of the master race then I'd expect you'll probably be shocked by how bad this paper is. Same paper that praises white footballers for looking after their mummies but tries to shame black footballers when they do exactly the same thing, as one well known example. Similarly, if any person of colour (or a woman) appears on TV or gets a high profile position then this is solely down to political correctness or tokenism and is more evidence of the persecution of the poor white male. However, you should still check it out from time to time because it is hilarious to see how this minority of outdated dimwits think in 2019 and continue to hark on for a day that is never coming back, as if it is actually going to happen. The genie is not going back in the bottle and the majority clearly need to get out more. In short, they praise the likes of Donald Trump, Tommy Robinson, Piers Morgan and Katie Hopkins as heroes speaking the truth and representing their views and attack anyone who disagrees whilst calling them lefties, snowflakes and arguing their points with the reasoning of a 6 year old. The Daily Mail is responsible for continually printing the biased articles they do and both fueling and accommodating the ignorant. Its not journalism (they can barely spell in most articles), it's just pandering to the views of the ignorant and racist, which divides our society and marginalises individuals and The Mail should take responsibility for that. The paper is total rubbish, including its utter garbage "celebrity" section that must be sponsored by the Kardashians and Love Island but again, it attracts clicks and all they care about is their readership numbers. As I a say, check it out because in some ways, its amusing, but I am quite sure that right minded and balanced individuals, black or white, will see it for exactly what it is.

Particularly insufficient was the meat and fajita veggies: Not worth the money spent, nor will it be a future destination.

I just got hacked via Chipotle's website for $115, it would be really nice if there was actually some way to contact them. This company is ridiculous!I've contacted EVERYONE I COULD and not one person has "reached out to" me. This company is horrible, they don't care AT ALL that people are being hacked on their website, and are out money because of their neglegence. I've reported my "experience" 5 times and nothing. Every phone number I try tells me that no on can help me. Their supposed "Web Security" number, 1-239-458-3944 is a girl who can't even get her management to come to the phone and help me. She literally just told me that her management team can't even speak to anyone in Chipotle about these problems themselves. What kind of ridiculous mess is this????

Tried to open an account but denied. They have been sending me offers finally applied then denied. I've received at least 3 more offers are you kidding within 2weeks of being denied. Really are you kidding me this is just a scam I have a 720 credit score it's an insult. Just trying to take advantage because of covid. If you were smart don't open an account they want you to fail. Biggest scam ever.

Macys doesn't even deserve one star

Macys doesn't even deserve one star. I purchased an all black queen sized coverlet set online and receive a black and red KING sized coverlet with a damaged package. I called customer service Dec 22 to report the error and get a replacement sent before Christmas. I was assured it would come in time. After hearing nothing I called on Christmas Eve. They said they didn't ship the replacement until I returned the coverlet in the store (which I did on the 23rd) so it was my fault the item hadn't shipped and that I would receive in on Dec 27. I asked for an order confirmation # and they said it was the same as my original order. After receiving no confirmation email and being skeptical of the integrity of my last two experiences, I called today Dec 26 to get an update. I was not surprised to find out no orders had been processed under my name. I was asked if I wanted to reorder the item for a 3rd time. I asked for a manager instead and she told me the orders WERE placed but cancelled bc the vendor was having problems with the items. So they were going to let me endure this same cycle over and over again knowing that the item wasn't even available. The item is STILL listed in stock on their website. I am very forgiving and patient but Macys has customer service from hell. It's a scam over there.

Incompetent

This is my second year ordering from Macy's for Christmas. The first year (2019) they didn't send me everything I ordered, and they also sent me someone else's order. The second time I ordered on Nov 30th 2020, two shirts different sizes. I received one shirt Dec 11th. As of Dec 15th I am still waiting for the 2nd shirt. When you call the company you are talking to someone overseas, and they do not offer anymore information than what you see online. Bottom line I am done with this company and their stupidity. Update: as of Dec 20, 2020, no shirt. Update package arrived December 21, 2020

Cepillo alisador cerámico un timo

E comprado un cepillo de estos alisador cerámico . Un timo total que sepan que son unos estafadores de cuidado, lo compré contra reembolso 35€ cuando llegó nada más conectarlo ya me di cuenta que está estropeado entro a la página y me dicen que tengo que enviar un correo a clientes@latiendadesonia y su respuesta es que por higiene no pueden hacer la devolución del dinero ya que sería de mal gusto poner el cepillo alisador de nuevo a la venta. Total que ahora el cepillito me lo tengo que comer ya que ni devolución ni cambio ni dinero ladrones total .
