If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Every single time I want to play a game that I am forced to start up through the EA app, this crap program sits there loading for eternity. The only way I have found to fix this is by uninstalling and reinstalling the app which wastes SO MUCH TIME. I just want to play like 10 minutes of DAI and I can't even open the game. I hate this app. Please for the love of god, bring back Origin or I'm buying all of the games I own through the EA app on Steam and never ever buying a game through this company again.

You can never believe anything you see or hear on this channel.DO NOT pay their Licence fee.Watch only Netflix, Amazon etc and you can have 20 TV's and they can do nothing about it.If one of their door to door salesmen ie TV Licence come to your door do not identify and do not speak simply shut the door in their face.They have NO power and as long as you do not watch LIVE TV from anywhere in the world on a UK TV then you do not need a Licence.You can watch Catch Up but not on the BBC I Player.

I got a brand new iphone 13 in Dec. of 2022 and then in Sept. I started constantly getting an SOS where the signal bars are supposed to be and could not make or receive calls. I took it into ATT stores several times, had the sim cards replaced, but the problem wouldn't go away. I thought it was a problem with my service-not with the phone itself-so I didn't even think of exchanging it while it was still under warranty (and none of the employees that looked at it suggested that it might be a problem with the phone itself). The problem kept getting worse; about 40% of the time when I actually would have signal bars instead of SOS, my calls would be dropped or show that the number was being called but never actually start ringing. My mom, who is in her 80's, lives alone and I HAVE to be able to keep in touch with her but there were many times when our calls would be dropped and we couldn't get a new call through. This has been going on for 6 months now, no one at ATT has been able to help me fix the problem, and the only way out of this is for me to break my 3 year contract and pay full price for this phone that doesn't even work (I got it on a $10/month promotion and still have a year and a half to pay for something that I can't even use). It won't hold a charge for more than 5 hours now, gets extremely hot, and I was told by the last ATT employee who tried to fix it that I must have gotten a lemon of a phone but since it's out of warranty and I don't have insurance, I'm totally out of luck. I have wasted countless hours going into their stores, being on chat, and driving 40 miles to the Apple store to have the phone checked with no resolution at all. And to top it off, I received a survey asking if I was satisfied with my visit to the ATT store and I said no because I still have a phone I can't make calls on (due to no fault of mine) and I got a nasty message from the employee saying he found it very offensive that I said I didn't get the help I needed after he replaced my sim card AND told me my warranty was expired so I was out of luck for having anything done about it! I also received an email saying my bill was going up to $337 a month (I currently pay $188) due to plan changes I made-which I did NOT make (I got a new sim card and that was it), so that meant ANOTHER chat trying to get something fixed. I am so disgusted with them not doing anything to try to help me and then for the guy to have the nerve to text me saying he takes offense at my review (it wasn't even aimed at his service-it was that my problem still isn't fixed). The only reason I am able to make any calls now is because I went back to using my old iphone 8 that I've had forever while my new phone sits here collecting dust while waiting to be paid off.

The majority of amazon drivers at hemel hempstead are totally useless liars. The just leave your delivery on the doorstep and walk away leaving in full sight of people walking past. Then you get a message saying it was handed to the customer. Lying again. When you phone customer service to complain about this they say the will inform the amazon hub and it wont happen again. What rubbish because the drivers still leave parcels on the doorstep. And amazon wonder why parcels are stolen. This is the reason why. The drivers just dont care they get paid for every drop they do. Not caring if it gets stolen

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had shopping online. I placed a rather expensive order of new TV and speakers and paid via bank transfer. Apparently I had input my birthday incorrectly in the app and they wouldn't allow me to change it without seeing government issued ID... I shared my licence, permanent residency card and also passport. Nothing changed, they wouldn't send me the items (despite money leaving my account). I requested a refund after 10 days and cancelled the order. Nothing happened. I am not 40 days into the saga and still haven't had the 1k+ returned to my account. I really wanted to support a 'local' business instead of amazon, but in doing so, it's proven to be an extremely frustrating and poor customer experience. They rely on outdated automated systems, giving replies to emails 48hours after sending.. no humans in the loop. I purchased ESPN+ back when UFC started showing fights on the channel. I was happy until last weekend (1/23) when I paid $70 for UFC 257 and the app crapped out on the whole western half of the US. I have literally spent 5 or 6 hours sitting on hold by phone to only finally give up it's Thursday and I've been calling since Sunday. I sat on hold for over two hours on Tuesday and at least an hour on every other day. They only offer two options to get in touch with customer service by phone or online chat I have sat on the online chat for hours on end as well! It says it's will be an hour wait so I sat there watching the timer go down to within a couple minutes of the agent coming on then suddenly it says "you left the conversation," when in reality I never left I sat there watching to make sure I got through! This exact same thing happened multiple times with the online chat! I'm sure they have a lot of very mad customers but the amount of time this is taking is completely unacceptable! I shouldn't EVER no matter what company spend like 9 hours trying to get through to someone for a refund. I've read other reviews where people somehow got through and spoke to a so called *customer service agent* and it was some Indian guy who barely spoke English and had no idea what was going on! I read like 3 reviews saying that! ESPN is a legitimate company why is their customer service so incredibly horrific?? I pay a lot of money to them along with millions of other people and apparently they are putting any of it back into their services! This is definitely the worst experience I've ever had dealing with something like this it's truly ridiculous. I absolutely love watching UFC and am forced to go through ESPN+ Im probably going to cancel and look into illegally streaming like Dana White is always complaining about. This train wreck last weekend with ESPN+ crashing for millions of viewers is going to force many to do the same. What a joke this experience has been. I'm going to have to go through my bank and file a fraud claim which means my debit card with all my bills and accounts gets shut off so I'd have to go through everything and change it which I was trying to avoid but I haven't been able to reach ESPN for the life of me. It's unbelievable a company of this size is so unbelievably I'll equipped to deal with customers they obviously are pocketing all the money and paying bottom dollar to have 4 dudes in a shack in india run their customer services.

A Symantec software caused severe problems and interfered with my internet connection which did not work anymore. When I asked the hotline for help, they first gave me a number that did not work. When I called the hotline again the next day, I had a different person on the line. He told me that I should figure it out on my own and hung up mid sentence as I responded. Never experienced anything like this. I want to point out that I am a very calm person and did not ask or say anything unreasonable. There was no reason for him to hang up.

Made a payment with with amex via paypal for personalised item. I received item with defects. Paypal refused my dispute saying that item can look different than on the preview page. Paypal completely ignored item defects. Luckily I paid with amex and my dispute was accepted. Well done guys!

Honestly, up until this last week, i would have given amazon a 5 star review. Requested to do a return for an item of over 250. value.Any other returns I have made have beenv easy. Out of no where I get a text, from a company I've never even heard of, saying they will arrive in 1hour to pick up my return! I wasn't even home.Rushed home, arrived in less than 40 minutes to find the driver had already been here! He conveniently, neglected to put the time he arrived, on the notification slip! Had to go through a lengthy inconvenience to contact the company, INTELECOM-DRAGONFLY. EVERYTHING to do w this business is a non stop hassle, and complete headache. If this continues, Amazon will lose my recently purchased Prime membership!A very disappointed angry customer!I've also been unfurnished, it's illegal for Amazon to use 3rd party companies like this! Double failure on Amazon's end.
