Where do I start?Ordered a phone and after 2 days had heard nothing. I chased them via app and got a reply 2 days later. Said they would send tracking which they did. The phone details were sent to DPD but not the phone. I cancelled my order on app and emailed them to confirm. I then received a mail to say they were delivering in next 2 days and that it had to be dispatched. When phone arrived I refused delivery.I received another mail from them to say they were sorry I cancelled and that my refund would be processed when the phone was returned to their warehouse.Why? It's not my phone it's theirs. Not happy to wait that long so am sure I will have to escalate to resolver or PayPal.Very dissatisfied. Give them a wide berth at all costs
