Portfolio Creation won't work properly

trying to create a simple portfolio of 10 coins took me ages. The portfolio would not appear and after awhile its there again. Like wanting to play hide and seek. When you type the coin ticker, it only appears after 2-3 attempts. Eventually I had to delete it and move over to Coinmarketcap where it was more seemless.

Otto sells poor quality furniture and unacceptable service

Would you like to buy broken furniture? Would you like furniture that smell of chemicals? Would you like rude customer service? If yes, then go buy furniture at Otto.Recently I moved to an unfurnished flat. It was during the COVID period so I wanted to get some quality furniture online. I was hoping to get something of better quality than IKEA, and I have used Otto before for electronics and that has been quite good, so decided to shop online at Otto for furniture.That was a very big mistake. I ended up wasting so much time, effort, and in fact, money on Otto. So the point of this review is to share my genuine experience so you don't have to suffer from the same mistake.Here are the things that went wrong for me, and could go wrong for you if you buy furniture from Otto:1. Otto sells damaged goods to customers as new products: Otto sent me a wardrobe with 2 broken wall panels and a bed with a split leg2. Otto sells cheap quality products: the wardrobe was very badly made with screw holes that were not in line. The wood is cheap pulp wood that is soft and falls apart when you try to attach the screws. Worse, there is a strong stench of chemicals. I also bought a bed where the legs are not of the same height, so not all legs touch the floor when screwed onto the frame. The coffee table Otto sold me is so poorly designed that they didn't even bother to make screw holes where the screws should fit.3. Otto customer service is very irresponsible: Customer service wasted my time for 3 months with emails. I asked for simple things: first - acknowledge your mistake. Second - sort out the problem. Had to send over a dozen emails because customer service kept making excuses and refusing to acknowledge their problem. For example, a customer representative sent a one-line response along the lines of, "Here's 40 euros, it`s your choice to accept it or not. Another way we couldn't offer". At the end of 3 months, Otto said I can send the items back, and advised me to take the items to the Hermes packet shop to return them. Really, after delivering such a bad experience and being caught out for selling damaged goods, Otto will take returns if you, the victim, drags all your furniture yourself, the bed, wardrobe, everything, to the packet shop. 4. Otto might not give you a refund as promised: Otto still hasn't provided my full refund. For example, I noticed that the refund provided was less than the value on the invoice. I sent 3 emails over 1 month asking Otto to explain the difference, not a single response. This is my report on my personal experiences with Otto. Otto is great for electronics, but for everything else, it's pure garbage.So let me know if I ask you why you would buy from Otto?When it comes to price, IKEA and Amazon are cheaper. If it's quality, you should avoid Otto. Then why would you still want to buy from Otto?

My bad experience is not with customer…

My bad experience is not with customer service representative. My problem is with the chegg company’s new policy. You guys canceled the option where we can leave a comment on the answers. You basically giving the tutors the ability to give wrong or repeated wrong answers! Course hero not only allows you to leave a comment, but they let you upload the whole lab or document and they will actually solve the any problem you have no matter what because they have their customers first. I’m waiting for this semester to finish and I’m switching to course hero for sure. You guys need to take the student side never the tutor side, because we are the one who pay. You can’t just shut us off like that! I really hope someone reads this with an open mind and takes it to the higher management. Very very very disappointed!!

Very Good, Almost Great

Typeform is an extremely useful tool. The interface, particularly for mobile, is amazing. My main issue is that it glitches and freezes frequently. If I could add one feature that would help make it great, it would be a way to bulk upload multiple choice questions.

Stay away from Coursera / No customer service / Poor experience

I've taken a PHP programming course at Coursera. I wasn't able to finish the course because I was disconnected from the Rhyme virtual desktop environment they provide right in the middle of the course. Now I am being redirected to the quiz while I wasn't even able to finish the course. There is no way of contacting them so I just gave up on requesting a refund from them. In my account they marked my course "non-refundable". But then on their website they claim that they refund within two weeks. I purcahsed my course one week ago. They don't mention a single word why they mark some courses non-refundable. Coursera feels like a very strange company. It feels more like a total rip-off than a platform dedicated to education. It was a total waste of my time!!! Never ever again Coursera....

I never had an issue with them before but suddenly mysteriously I started getting annoying notifications from them on my phone. Absolutely do NOT want unsolicited notifications from ANYONE. I don't know why it's so hard for some morons to understand that. I've blocked them in my browser settings, I hope that works.

Worst customer service

I e-mailed two weeks ago, complaining that they manually approve each user account on their forums in 1-2 business days before they let new users use the forums - and I went there to get help. This was also just the start of a weekend, so I would have to wait 3-4 days.

So, as just that wasn't the worst, waiting that long for an answer, and the registration in the first place (they must be alone on the internet with this registration BS) - They answered that they could not find any issue with my game registration promotion - WHAT? WHAT. THE. ACTUAL. F....??? These people are smoking crack.
