I never had an issue with them before but suddenly mysteriously I started getting annoying notifications from them on my phone. Absolutely do NOT want unsolicited notifications from ANYONE. I don't know why it's so hard for some morons to understand that. I've blocked them in my browser settings, I hope that works.

I e-mailed two weeks ago, complaining that they manually approve each user account on their forums in 1-2 business days before they let new users use the forums - and I went there to get help. This was also just the start of a weekend, so I would have to wait 3-4 days.
So, as just that wasn't the worst, waiting that long for an answer, and the registration in the first place (they must be alone on the internet with this registration BS) - They answered that they could not find any issue with my game registration promotion - WHAT? WHAT. THE. ACTUAL. F....??? These people are smoking crack.

I've been a long time customer because the MailerLite software is a good price, easy to use, and there are many helpful features. But the best part is that when I get stuck the customer service team is there to help usually within 4min. And they are both friendly and actually helpful (i.e. understand your issue and give you relevant solutions) unlike many online companies today.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a gazebo from them on sale however noticed in my account that they charged me full price. Took three different associates to finally give me the money back for the correct sale price. Thats not all.... Then I got confirmation that it was being delivered Saturday 10AM-6PM, new email came in that said it would be delivered 10AM-3PM, then 20 minutes later I received yet another email saying it was delayed and would need to be rescheduled. After three days and a few times chatting with them online I decided to call and was then informed that one of the packages was damaged and they did not know to what extent. I could expect an email in 3-4 more days on damages or missing parts. They did inform me that if I got the gazebo and things were damaged or missing, they could try and get the replacement parts however complete replacement was not an option because product was sold out. I now have asked for a full refund and will be shopping elsewhere.

I was a customer for years and had the Wayfair credit card with large limit . I also became an invited Tried and True member . Then I found what an unethical company this really is . Several orders thru the program became waitlisted then conveniently never came back in stock . Thus no option to review . One item delivered never changed order status from shipped to delivered within the 30 days so I had that held against me ! I had over 175 reviews with photos I had submitted without fail for every possible order . All of a sudden I was out of the Tried and True program . At first I was told I was still active on the program and it was a glitch . I then called and finally a very rude supervisor came on the phone and said I had been removed for failing to submit reviews and I was not the only one calling and nobody removed would ever be reinstated ! And she said the program was ending and being phased out ! I was devastated as I religiously had always reviewed and photographed every item possible ! Now I see all over the internet of new invitations going out to join Tried and True as well as emails being sent out to select 4 items monthly instead of two !! More lies they had told me . Conveniently some of my photos and reviews disappeared , back ordered couch was cancelled , and the invitations continue go out to have others join this program . I cancelled my account and credit card . The numerous purchases on the card and reviews written were why I was invited to join the program. I cancelled my card and cancelled my account . One good customer gone . Edited to add: Of course after Wayfair responded to this complaint on this website, I have had no contact from them , just as expected.

Dear "Friend" and Customer Service,"Friend:, could you please ask for a refund for your very kind gift to me of a 3 month subscription to Scent Addict.Unfortunately, after spending in total over 10 hours of phonecalls and more than 40 forms filled in with customer service for scent addict they are not able to activate this link.I am getting the complete run around and no one takes ownership fo the issue that the link does not work.For example yesterday i spent nearly an hour on the phone to Robin who has failed to contact me by email or phone as she promised and this morning the best part of an hour with Umarrah who again failed to contact me back. I think that perhaps the company is running a scam and i will be reviewing them on google as i believe that they have taken your money and not supplying the goods.I asked for my situation to be escalated to complaints department and again nothing back from them. Everyone apologies and sounds helpful but i am increasingly dubious as to the trustworthiness of this company. I know you have had a good experience with them but they openly said on the phone today that they are having many issues with customer servicesI think it wise so that you are not out of pocket to request a full refund and customer services you should be so ashamed at your utterly diabolical customer service, which is amongst the worst i have seen in many years. Locked out because I need to change my number but customer service says the ‘option for changing numbers is going through difficulty’ but the problem is I need a screenshot of my account for legal reasons within 7 days. They said it will take 7 days. I could be fined and lose my money for a month with nothing to eat. Absolutely shafted by this lame overpaid company.

I couldn’t use any of the 4 items I bought. My computers wouldn’t accept the Windows 11 installs. The Office 2024 merchant linked to my purchases said what I bought was from another seller on Groupon. I couldn’t use those, either. One of the Windows sellers said I used the code and wouldn’t allow a refund. The other 3 items were refunded in Groupon credit. It was all frustrating.

I paid them $2k+ and took their recommendation. I held for over four years. My portfolio dropped 55%. In another, with much smaller portfolio (thank God), I lost 65%+. They might have had good recommendations before but not when I invested. Anyway, I got out and I would recommend that you invest in an index to be on the safe side.
