Their customer service is a joke

Their customer service is a joke. I purchased a game from steam, It wasn't loading. steam directed me to Ubisoft as it was their game and they should be able to handle any issues with it. The main issue was, I bought it on steam, and it was demanding a product key for ubisoft. So I made the help ticket and explained the situation. No less than SIX different customer service agents commented on it at various points throughout the day, all asking for screen shots. screen shot of your account name, screen shot of the receipt, screen shot of this folder. which all was fine, i understood. until the 3rd person asked for screen shots already provided, person number 4 repeating the question from the first response asking for more screen shots of the same things i've already given screen shots for. in the end it was literally SIX people asking for nothing but screen shots, until they said they couldn't help me and would "escalate" the ticket. at that point i just requested a refund from steam, I got it, then I sent Ubisoft the screen shot of that. Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service.

I had a wonderful surprise in Denver, CO

I had a wonderful surprise in Denver, Co on 7/30. We lost our flight due to bad time management. 11PM on Sunday night, at the Delta check-in desk in Denver CO airport - Priscilla and Maria did their best to rebook us for the next flight. The experience was absolutely a delight. The care and profesionalism are the reasons i keep using Delta. I cant thank you enough.

Very absurd company

Very absurd company. I registered for an account today and unfortunately, they said they would not be able to open an account for me. Called in the customer service, they advised me it depends on quite a few factors did not give me any definitive answer. Even though my credit score is good, not sure why my application declined. And they said “if we initially rejected your application, we would not be able to welcome you to open an account with us in the future.” Very, very absurd. Would not recommend to anyone.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. They claim it is award winning but no one bothers to help you. They don’t even reproduce your original question in the answers to your emails. Chat no longer operates. So all they send you is useless links to online FAQs instead of ever addressing the problem and you never get the same person twice if you reply back to the useless answer. I made a terrible terrible mistake. DON’T ever use Squarespace

Meta Store Support is the worst

Meta Store Support is the worst. They will not give you a phone number to call so you can speak with a human and get the problem resolved in less than an hour. They insist on sending emails back and forth for months instead. They can not understand the issue we are having over emails and keep telling me everything is fine when I am telling them we can't log in or use the Oculus at all. We have been going around in circles for what seems like forever and they still refuse to give me a phone number to call to speak to someone live. If I knew how ridiculous it would be, I would not have gotten it. We have put a lot of money on the account that is frozen, and the gaming equipment has just been sitting there unusable for months. It's trash now.

Their system is inaccurate at all. I supposed I purchased 3 tickets online for a nearby theater that i always go to by clicking on it. Turned out that the system charged me for a theater in another city 150 miles away. They refused to refund or credited the amount because their policy says not refund after the showtime. It’s really unfair. I won’t buy tickets from Fandango anymore

Customer service don't know what they are doing and keep lying to clients.

This is a scam. I order a night stand for my daughter. It came broken and I called the customer service to send it back. They first offer me a replacement but after seeing the reviews online I ask for a refund. They told me the package was going to be pick up the next day and nothing. I called again the 21st and they told me it was going to be pick up the 22nd. I called again the 22 and they finally gave me a confirmation number saying it was going to be pick up the 23rd. They received the package the 25th and were suppose to process my refund. I have multiple emails saying a refund was going to be process. They have the nerve to process a replacement. When I called back the 28th I was assured they won't send it out that a manager canceled it and even send me an email to saying my refund was been process. The next day I received an email saying the replacement left the warehouse. Again I call them and they assured me that it was not going to leave the warehouse and the a refund was processed since June 20th. They even gave me a invoice #. The next day I received an email from FedEx saying the package was on its way and when I called PayPal they told me the invoice # didn't exist. When I called back the guy told me to just call FedEx and refuse the package and they were going to call as well. I did and not to my surprise the package was delivered when I was not even home. When I call again this lady have the nerve to tell me it was my fault because I said yes to the replacement even when I have called over 10 times and always was promise a refund. I have all the emails and she assured me the package was going to be pick up the next day. I contacted again BB&beyond and the manager (Paul) told me that it was all a misunderstanding and that they won't process my refund unless they can get the other Item. I explain to him it was their fault first to send me a broken nightstand, then to don't pick it up when promise and later when they received it back for sending another order that I didn't want. They have lie to me over and over and the last CR I spoke to just yesterday again told me she process the refund and now he said no they haven't because I haven't send the package back. Im not even a home for the whole weekend. They received the package and process the wrong action. They told me they will pick that up today and now they said it may take another 48 hours. So I'm stuck with this thing and they have been holding my money for 2 weeks and have the nerve to tell me it's a misunderstanding but is nothing they can do. And I just have to wait and hope they don't do the same again... I will Never buy in this website again.. Never. I will give them 0.

Missing item and failure to refund item

There policy is a bit unclear on 30 days of notification on when you did not receive an item. I have been a long time customer and was apparently one day late in reporting an item I did not receive. The policy should start counting day after your receive that item. Incredibly disappointed there was no flexibility.

Customer service is an absolute joke. i dont think they even have anybody working in that department. I have been calling for weeks to speak to someone, i am yet to even get one person to help solve my problem with the credit card. Biggest mistake of my life getting a card from them.

Review of Wikipedia

Editorial process needs to be more transparent

Wikipedia is clearly a useful source of information and opinions, but it is badly let down by the lack of transparency of its editorial process, which allows the website editors (aka 'the Community') to use anonymous identities. Because of this, it is possible to spend a lot of time and effort adding factual content to an article, within one's area of expertise, only to find that the self-appointed editor of the article, whose identity is never publicly disclosed, vetos the additions by deleting or hiding them, in order to preserve a sense of proprietorship. In essence, the process favours the select few who are able and willing to devote substantial time to their editorial policing role. In this sense, Wikipedia is closer to political activism than scholarship. Furthermore, the claim that all content is subject to strict editorial oversight is clearly false - the volume of information on Wikipedia is simply too large for this to happen. The reality is that all kinds of rubbish is published, while elsewhere diligent efforts to add useful information are rejected without right of appeal. I have donated in the past, but will not do so again until transparency standards improve.
