The ea app is unusable for myself and many others on Windows 7!! I have tried literally every single fix out there and it will not open at all.. a white rectangle appears a s the app wont open. I'm sure they're secretly discontinuing this on Windows 7.. Happy to take our money before hand though!! The worst app I've ever encountered.. bring back Origin!!

Academia said my study focusing on a health issue was being read by their subscribers. I have never provided Academia with this or any other report. I believe that when I have sent this report on pdf to various recipients using various email providers, it was hijacked (stolen) and then maybe sold to Academia. When I write to them asking for a link so I can read exactly which version they have in their possession, they just respond with a request for my credit card! They should be closed down. Wonder how many suckers they have taken money from under false pretences?

Bought my mom a “50 tv last April 2023 it stopped working February 2024 and it has the standard 1 year warranty. Found out the tv was discontinued the year it was bought and after doing what we were told sending pictures after pictures of tv and pictures of our proof of purchase which was an electronic purchase they won’t accept the pictures of the receipt said do it on a pc not mobile so I did over and over. This tv was purchased for my mom who had dementia and this is her favourite activity watching game shows but now these people are giving us such a hard time. Fix it or just refund us the money to get her a tv, she’s using a 32” and she’s 83 yrs old her eyesight is not that good so I wish they wouldn’t be this way. Talking to them is useless they’re like robots and don’t know how to answer any questions off script

Terrible. Firewall keeps turning off, real time scanning keeps turning off, every time I check something new has gone awry. After de/reinstalling things might work for a bit, and then we go again. The HOURS I've put into it during this subscription, they should be paying me. I'm going with BitDefender.

When I heard Walmart and Kroger deliver to McLean County I immediately used Walmart. Well, this time I thought I'd try Kroger. It went as follows. Order put in at 9AMETA between 11 and 12Arrival time 7 pm. Driver was either having a mental breakdown or was intoxicated. She actually said, "I know your items were just thrown in bags but I ain't sorry". When she left we were really concerned about her driving in the shape she was in. About an hour later I received a message that my card was charged an additional $41. I called and was informed I was charged for the "add on" items. They then listed $41 worth of items. Items I'd never heard of, ordered or received. This shopper had added to my order for herself! Do not trust these people with personal information. I'm so glad I caught it but I'm sure this wasn't the first time this lady had done this!

Has a lot of glitches, and sometime wrong answers (For OChem and OChem 2)If I have an OWL page opened and closed within 3 hours, when I try and open a new one, it says it has to close the previous one first.... The one that has been closed already, for hours... This page will often freeze and not load my fresh homework page.This has put a hamper on me getting my homework done.Why would I keep paying for this?I have stopped renting their books because their overpriced.

I have bought an expensive coat which is machine washable, one I washed and dried the coat, it smells really badly, this coat was brand new. I have sent an email to them and they responded that I should try dry cleaners, no apology, really poor customer service and I am obviously taking it further. This is unacceptable.
