When I heard Walmart and Kroger deliver to McLean County I immediately used Walmart. Well, this time I thought I'd try Kroger. It went as follows. Order put in at 9AMETA between 11 and 12Arrival time 7 pm. Driver was either having a mental breakdown or was intoxicated. She actually said, "I know your items were just thrown in bags but I ain't sorry". When she left we were really concerned about her driving in the shape she was in. About an hour later I received a message that my card was charged an additional $41. I called and was informed I was charged for the "add on" items. They then listed $41 worth of items. Items I'd never heard of, ordered or received. This shopper had added to my order for herself! Do not trust these people with personal information. I'm so glad I caught it but I'm sure this wasn't the first time this lady had done this!
