Very poor customer service-been several hours and still no reply from chat support. And they continue to encourage using same for support. They always put up a new feature to cause confusion to users with them benefitting from users' mistakes of using these features.Now they replied here on trustpilot that they'll be glad to address the concern bit still no reply fron chat support. Hope people experiencing the same give them more real reviews
