I ordered shoes for pickup on 4/15/24. After 10 days I called customer service they said the shoes were lost they ordered them again. I called after a couple of days because I never received any email so they said it would be ready on 5/6. I live in Glendale so my store for pickup was there but they sent my shoes to Downey which was so far from me. I called again I canceled the order on 5/7. today is May 14th I haven't received my refund yet I just checked my bank account I saw they charged me a different amount yesterday! they are stealing money from my bank account. it was my first and last time doing business with them.

I had a terrible experience with Booking.com when booking a flight. My reservation has been stuck in “Awaiting confirmation” status for several days, and I never received a proper response or confirmation.What’s worse is that there is no clear or direct way to contact customer service. The support options are confusing and frustrating, especially when time is critical. Meanwhile, I had already paid for other parts of my trip, such as the hotel, and was left completely in the dark.I expected a much more professional service from a platform as large as Booking.com. Unless this issue is resolved, I will never use their service for flights again. I do not recommend booking flights through them, especially if you’re on a tight schedule

My orders were 'delivered' this afternoon and were left on my path some 5 metres from my front door,in plain sight of passers by. The delivery driver lied in their comments when they stated "Parcel handed to resident". Tried to complain to customer service, getting hold of God would have been easier!Took photo but can't upload.

Company will continue billing you even after canceling. Even after cutting off card info they found a way to charge my bank and then apple. Adobe are nothing but thieves. Don’t get involved with unless you are a custom to dealing with mob like entities

Kickstarter avoids responsibility for fraudulent projects on their platform, even though they are the ones who will collect your money. Their Terms of Use claim they are not a party to the contract between backer and creator, even though they are the ones who write the contract, collect your money, and make you agree to it when backing a project. I don't know how this is legal, and certainly wouldn't be legal under EU consumer law. They should not be allowed to trade into the EU.

So irritated, I signed up for ESPN plus, paid the first month expecting to be able to watch a game I was wanting to watch, then found out I have to sign in to a TV provider, which I don’t have or want. Canceled the subscription within minutes of signing up, but of course I’ve already paid for the first month.

I booked to stay in a particular hotel though once I arrived I was infromed as they were full my booking had been moved elsewhere and I should have received notifiaction from Agoda. I did not reviece this and their customer contact is an utterly useless. Avoid.

Excellent volunteer guide (David?) who was clear, very knowledgeable and helpful. Checked our level of experience and gave us a lot of contextual information which brought the place to life. Well-organised, manageable group in small rooms. All the staff were helpful and friendly.It is a lovely house but the volunteer staff really made the day for us.

Facebook is posting ads for milow the robot dog. It is a scam. The company is taking our money and either not sending the product or sending something that clearly was not as advertised. Facebook is still allowing these ads to run even though it is so clearly fake. Please do not buy this for your child. You will have a very unhappy child and not even be able to get a refund!
