I ordered shoes for pickup on 4/15/24. After 10 days I called customer service they said the shoes were lost they ordered them again. I called after a couple of days because I never received any email so they said it would be ready on 5/6. I live in Glendale so my store for pickup was there but they sent my shoes to Downey which was so far from me. I called again I canceled the order on 5/7. today is May 14th I haven't received my refund yet I just checked my bank account I saw they charged me a different amount yesterday! they are stealing money from my bank account. it was my first and last time doing business with them.
