I had a terrible experience with Booking.com when booking a flight. My reservation has been stuck in “Awaiting confirmation” status for several days, and I never received a proper response or confirmation.What’s worse is that there is no clear or direct way to contact customer service. The support options are confusing and frustrating, especially when time is critical. Meanwhile, I had already paid for other parts of my trip, such as the hotel, and was left completely in the dark.I expected a much more professional service from a platform as large as Booking.com. Unless this issue is resolved, I will never use their service for flights again. I do not recommend booking flights through them, especially if you’re on a tight schedule
