Cockroach infested villa

I really don’t know where to start writing this review as the property was so wrong on many levels. So here we go, we arrived quite late in the evening and was looking forward to nice relaxing week away, but as soon as we opened the door any hope of this was soon shattered. The property was infested with cockroaches and the owner was well aware of this as traps are all over the place and also spray, once we got over the initial shock and caught as many as we could we weighed up our options and had a look around the property which only left 1 option and that was to leave and this was not only down to the cockroaches it was down to the fact the property was also filthy, the bedding was yellow with sweat stains and the place is really run down, I’ve seen better on banged up abroad.Once we left we called VRBO who offered no assistance at all so we called every hotel in the area, but they was all full so we ended up sleeping in the car as by then it was 2am, we spent the entire next day sort out alternative accommodation which has involved moving 2 more time so not ideal.The owner id come back to us the next day and refunded the money minus the booking administration fee which VRBO have kept so I only lost £125.00, but the property should be let out and the owner confirmed it was fumigated a few days before we arrived, but it obviously did not work and does not excuse how dirty and tired the property is plus the traps look old in my opinion I personally will never use VRBO again and this experience has left me exhausted

Tesla dreadful after sales service

This review relates to Teslas dreadful after sales service with respect to the provision of spare parts for repair. After a crash in March, parts are not expected to arrive until August. I have found it impossible to find a working complaints procedure. No contact from them despite numerous approaches. The only person I found to talk to advised global parts shortage. Our conversation ended when I pointed out the monthly new car production rates. Great car. Dreadful company.

Sick and fed up of Facebook

Sick and fed up of Facebook. Easily two thirds of my feed is adverts. There’s a limit to the number of adverts you can report in a day, but this comes nowhere near the number of adverts you actually get. Fair’s fair, Facebook - if I can only report 20 ads a day, then you should only show me 20 ads. And furthermore, you should actually check what’s being reported instead of sending an automatic message saying all your (paid, obviously) ads meet your (not very) stringent requirements. They don’t. La Poste, for example, does not sell off pallets of undelivered parcels for €2, yet you think this scam is ok!

L-shaped sofa

On 6/8/25 I ordered 82.2 inch corner sofa, L-shaped sectional sofa. The price was 355.99. The order was confirmed with a delivery date of 6/14/25. I didn't receive ny further communication from Wayfair. On the 14th I looked to see what time it would be delivered, only to find out that the order was cancelled. When I called customer service I was told that it had been out of stock and a new shipment had just arrived that day. I was offered the choice to reorder the sofa, but would have to pay the higher price, which was 1,249,99. I asked why was the discontinued sofa still listed on the website and why was my order accepted. The higher priced sofa was also listed at that time. The same sofa listed twice at two different prices. They refused to honor the original contract.

Where do I start? When I ordered my tickets, you charged me twice. I called customer service and they told me there was nothing on their end and they could do nothing for me. So I disputed the second charge through my credit card company. 2 months later, you gave me a credit and then charged me again. So the total is three charges and two credits. Two weeks before the concert I went into my account to check on my order and you had canceled it. I had no tickets and you still had my money for 4 tickets. Again, I contacted customer service and they told me if I had proof of these errors that I needed to chat with somebody instead of calling. In the chat screen, I could clearly see that there was no way to upload anything. And when the customer service person told me she was going to escalate this, I waited for 10 minutes for a reply and never got one. Finally, I contacted my Attorney General and filed fraud charges against you. That got your attention, and I was able to actually get tickets to my concert cuz you miraculously found my second order.Your company was so obviously in error and nobody starting at the customer service level had any ability to resolve anything and the fact that I had to go to the lengths of contacting the attorney general to actually get tickets to a concert that I paid for is beyond insane. Willful incompetence in a company as large as yours shows how little you care about your customers and that the only thing you care about is your profit.

Really Irresponsible platform

Really Irresponsible platform, I created the store and without any issue they close the store and deactivate the access to me. I have submit my all documents as per there requirements and it is being more than 10 days not even there customer support reply to the email nor they are providing me any update about the case and if I tried to connect to live support they told to wait wait and just wait. really irresponsible support, and lazy platform. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Very bad customer support

Very bad customer support. Very laidback, unresponsive and unprofessional. I have changed my plan from monthly to annual in feb this year. In april i paid for annual subscription to the website. Despite that, there are multiple plans running on my store. SHopify is continually trying to deduct money from my bank account every 2-3 days. When i decline the payment, they freeze my account. Despite 15-20 escalations to the customer support team, nothing has happened. Very very unprofessional bunch of people.

DONT BUY!!!!!!!

placed 2 orders with go pro, one for the hero 10 deal. and one for some accessories... The accessories got delivered, but not the go pro... UPS said both were delivered... GOPRO not send me a replacement and now I cant contact them.. I just cant get to speak to anyone. no call backs, or chat support... I have CCTV AND RING footage and note from driver saying only 1 package other package is missing... I know have to make a claim for fruad through my bank and wait 2 fu***king months to get my money back!!! WHAT A FUC****ING PAIN GO PRO...

Shipping problems

Seems Amazon has shifted to shipping through USPS instead of UPS in my area. Since the change I have had nothing but problems getting my packages. All have been very late OR lost. This is a pain in the neck. As a Prime member it would be nice to get my packages in a timely manner. Go back to UPS full time please.
