Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Nokia used to be reputable but clearly HMD is a scam. Firstly, buying a phone from a UK website, you expect it to be coming from UK. It doesn't. No expected date. Delay on email confirmation. Most awfully, the camera was DIABOLICAL . To the point, I wondered if it was a fake Nokia. Sent back. You have to print your own label - which cost me £27 due to needing ink (don't use printer for anything). Returned to them four days ago. Paid on klarna, so need refund to be actioned. Emailed twice and had no reply. This company is a sham. Avoid at all costs. Reference: GBP92073 UPDATE: Upgraded to 2 stars as refund was processed by day seven of it being returned to them. But would never choose to deal with this company again. Not a good experience - and £30 out of pocket for postage and packaging. Boo.

Kickstarter supports fraud

I am incredibly disappointed with this company's support of fraudulent crowdfunding projects. I personally contributed to a project that promised an exciting product but never delivered after taking my money. Despite numerous complaints from backers and clear evidence of fraud, the company is nonresponsive and will apparently not take any action to hold them accountable. This shows a blatant disregard for the trust and safety of their users and their willingness to prioritize profits over ethical business practices. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before using this company for crowdfunding projects.

catastrophic service - multiple downtime a week

catastrophic service. Multiple downtimes per week. Support says, there is no SLA and no guarantee. The support has also no idea what is going on. I wrote, that the site was down for 3 hours. 4 days later I got a reply that they checked my site and it is up, so they see nothing.... of course, it was 4 days ago...Stay away from them. Go to dream host - they have SLA's and a money back guarantee.For a service made in Germany it is one of the worst qualities I have seen so far.

I'm received a damaged product from flipkart, I raised a complaint against that they accepted the complaint and cancel the return order at last minute. I complaint again and again they same cancellation happened to me for 3 times, so I called higher officer in customer service they apologizes and again taken as a complaint but this my problem was not solved.. Im not worry about my money bcz it's product worth is only 533/- . My worry is how poor and irresponsible they behaviour to customer. I following them for 2 weeks for return. Such a same complaint they can't answer and slove the problem. They how I trust them and purchase in future.. so sad for you flipkart

ESPN+ swindled me again

ESPN+ swindled me again. I was browsing through ESPN app, trying to watch AO men's singles semifinal tennis match. There was a free feed (ESPN3), but it was the multi-angle version that looks distracting. Then I see a live event at the venue where the match was being played, and it's marked ESPN+, meaning if I sign up for ESPN+, I will get to see that match full screen. I signed up, open that live feed, but the event is not there. Instead there is a screen that says "your event will start soon", and the event never started. Meanwhile the match took place on time in the ESPN3 feed. So I paid $4.99 for nothing. Similar thing happened to me in November, but at that time they were good about issuing a refund, to their credit.In short, ESPN+ will sometimes deceive you. The bad part is, you are not likely to make a big stink about $5 and spend all that time and energy. Who's the sucker here and who's the Cartman?

Potential fraudulent operation..

Surprised this fraudulent operation is allowed to continue operating. I was made to believe I am ordering for a UK website and was charged in GBP. After I placed the order and received the tracking, it showed that the item was shipping from Spain which was surprising. The delivery date was up and the tracking showed no movement. After contacting their customer service I was sent another tracking to say the item was shipping from France. There was even a UK number to contact their customer service, the number charged you an extortionate rate to call. I called the number once they were useless and could only tell me that they would get back in touch with me on email and hung up on me. So many red flags and typical things a fraudster would do. At this point it was well over the delivery date and they kept switching between a tracking in France and a tracking in Spain when I only ordered 1 item. Took me over 1.5 months of emailing them every day to get my money back. They would not call me either or respond to what I emailed them about. It's was a horrid time and these fraudsters only made it worse. I would say save yourself the worry and hassle and most importantly hang on to your money. I'm just crossing my fingers that these fraudsters pay for what they do to people shortly!

I ordered a Television from bol.com…

I ordered a Television from bol.com with next day delivery option because we need it urgently. But I didnt get anything nextday. then I will try to reach customer service, after a şot of try and boy chat, I could reach someone, but they said the order is not accepted by postNL because of adress issue, but the adress was correct and same adres that they delivered a lot of things before. Ok I ask them send it back again, but they said you must order again, it doesnt make sense because I already paid and I didnt get any refund why I must paid twice? So no refund yet and the price of the TV already decreased, what a surprise. Additionaly eveyday they are saying you will get refund three working days, I am not sure when will the three working days start? So bol.com is a regret!

Horrible experience – feels like a trap

I deeply regret ever signing up for Atlassian. Creating an account takes several minutes, but trying to cancel or delete it is a nightmare. The system locks you into a so-called "free" subscription that you can’t cancel, and because of that, you can’t delete your account either. Every help link just sends you in circles with no real support, unless you’re a paying customer.It took me hours just to find the buried settings and still couldn’t fully delete my account. At one point, I was even asked to email personal documents like a passport just to prove my identity. incredibly invasive and unacceptable.This kind of manipulative design and lack of transparency is a major red flag. I wouldn’t recommend Atlassian to anyone.

Ignoring the fact that you have to cancel the subscription through an arduous phone call, these slimy dogs somehow managed to charge through a blocked payment on Paypal.I added the telegraph to my blocked automated payment list, yet they created a new active subscription on my account to charge me. Unbelievable.

Took money for a fridge they have not given me.

Took money for order they couldn't deliver timely. Took them 6 days to accept cancellation. Refrigerator is with their delivery contractor but they refuse to return my money. In meantime Samsung Finance wants a repayment for a product they have nit given me.Shady business practice by Samsung. Wholly unethical system.

Garbage .

Garbage .. z fold 5 lasted 13 months before the WiFi/Bluetooth antenna went out due to opening/closing. 300 dollars WITH insurance to replace it and im not even done paying it off. Samsung said too bad so sad 12 month warranty. Last Sammy product for us!
