I'm received a damaged product from flipkart, I raised a complaint against that they accepted the complaint and cancel the return order at last minute. I complaint again and again they same cancellation happened to me for 3 times, so I called higher officer in customer service they apologizes and again taken as a complaint but this my problem was not solved.. Im not worry about my money bcz it's product worth is only 533/- . My worry is how poor and irresponsible they behaviour to customer. I following them for 2 weeks for return. Such a same complaint they can't answer and slove the problem. They how I trust them and purchase in future.. so sad for you flipkart
