I ordered a Television from bol.com…

I ordered a Television from bol.com with next day delivery option because we need it urgently. But I didnt get anything nextday. then I will try to reach customer service, after a şot of try and boy chat, I could reach someone, but they said the order is not accepted by postNL because of adress issue, but the adress was correct and same adres that they delivered a lot of things before. Ok I ask them send it back again, but they said you must order again, it doesnt make sense because I already paid and I didnt get any refund why I must paid twice? So no refund yet and the price of the TV already decreased, what a surprise. Additionaly eveyday they are saying you will get refund three working days, I am not sure when will the three working days start? So bol.com is a regret!
