Review of ancestry
I have a bone to pick with ancestry.com.I had a DNA test done in 2017. Recently, the Origins feature quit working for me. It still works for my wife's account, but not for mine.Over a period of months I have communicated with the company many times by email, by chat, and by telephone, and in their emails to me they claim (falsely) that the problem is on my side.Without going into all of the details, I have proven with absolute certainty that the problem is on the Ancestry side, not mine. They claim they cannot replicate the problem (when they access my account internally), yet on at least two telephone calls or chat session with ancestry representatives reproduced the problem while I was on the phone or the chat with them.So far this is going nowhere but in circles, and they refuse to fix the problem. I even offered to go their site and demonstrate the problem in person. (I live close to the company), but without a response from them. I have also suggested for them do a re-test (at no charge to me, since they are the problem, not me), and they refuse to do that. They claim that in order to do a free test I would need to supply proof of purchase. I documented that I tested with them in 2017. (I have the emails confirming this.) However, they claim that this documentation is not good enough. They say that I need to show an actual sales receipt, but the problem is that the bank doesn't keep records for more than seven years, so it is impossible for me to obtain that record. In my last interaction with them they claimed that someone would get back with me within a few days. It's been more than a month and I still haven't heard a peep from them.I have also had trouble getting straight answers from them on certain technical matters, but that's another story. This is a warning to others. Ancestry.com has a lot of good features, and a large user database for DNA matching, but you can't necessarily trust them to do the right thing when it comes to problem resolution.
Review of amazon
I wanted to give no star if there was an option. This site does not allow that, therefore I had to give 1 star. Please do not buy from amazon Fresh. That is my recommendation and the below are my explanation why. Today we ordered on Amazon fresh. There were promotional offer, which I did not know was a gimmick and I bought the item which were onions. When the item was delivered we found the onions were rotten and called the customer service for help. The customer service instead of helping said that they cannot do anything about it. I then told that if this is their attitude then I might be compelled to write a bad review and the customer service personnel told that he is not bothered and he is doing his job and amazon cannot do anything about the items that are sent defective on amazon fresh and they are not returnable. I had high regard for amazon but I was devastated by this experience. The customer service person was very arrogant and to my thinking by his behaviour, I felt he intended that I alone if I write a bad review will not do any harm for Amazon which is a very big company. I told him that every drop of water makes a sea and series of feedback will have an effect eventually.
Review of squarespace
Please don't use SquareSpace. Their UI ist just horrible and they're missing essential features. The start with SquareSpace is simple, but at some point you need to insert custom CSS or JavaScript hacks to get the simplest things working.

Giving zero stars! They want to put pop ups every time you open the app and try and do anything on it to get you to buy the annual subscription. Well my son accidentally did it, $55!! Then they don’t even want to refund you! It’s ridiculous! Even better after I saw what my son did I canceled then just changed it to a monthly subscription and they charged me for that as well! It’s a scam!!!! What a horrible company!
Review of hotels
Shame. Ease of booking is good. However if you need to contact them, forget it. Impossible. If you find a number and enter itinerary number the system says not recognised and the endless cycle begins. The hotel could amend my booking for me but had to be also changed by hotels dot com or expedia. Used them for years for work. Not any more. Too much hassle, they’re not there when you need them. We’re much better years ago. Deleting app.

Review of hubspot
I'm really conflicted about HubSpot. On one side I think it is a great program that you really can customize and shape around your company as you like, with very powerful tools that are still easy to get into if you are a little technical. On the other side the license model is absurd. Even though we have a fairly expensive subscription, each and every day I'm confronted by more things to buy. Oh, you need to buy this function you just clicked. Oh, you just reached your XXX limit, click here to buy more. The latter have started to annoy me so much, that it have gotten in the way of my enjoyment of the product, so I'll leave it at two stars.

Review of 1password
Today, I had a small self-generated issue that I needed some help with. I reached out to 1Password Customer Support and not only did I receive a speedy response to my query; they took me through, step by step, how to resolve it. The communications were fast, friendly and effective. I'd highly recommend 1Password (and do), to anyone looking for a switched on company that believes in good old-fashioned customer care. 5 Stars!
