Stay clear

Stay clear. First survey no issues. 2nd survey everything appeared fine although a lot of options were tied into very pricey upgrades. Then when closing survey, they suddenly tell you that you can only see /get first 25 responses. If I wanted to see others I would have to pay a heavy fee. So found a workaround - extracted info for first 25, deleted these and continued until all responses collected. 3rd survey: found the same issue but this time they said I reached the limit for deleting responses in my last survey (although no limit was ever mentioned in that one) so couldn’t delete any in this one without having to pay heavy upgrade fee! And funnily they seemed to set the limit of deleted records as the exact same number that I deleted from survey 2 - obviously tracking. They’re desperately looking for any way in which to charge you. Stay clear utterly useless and waste of time.

Worst Anime Streaming

It is by far one of the worst anime streaming services. Why would I say this you will ask, it’s simple. Any anime you play and your language preferences are set to Japanese audio it for some odd reasons god cannot explain swirches to English audio. The server is really bad, the quality gets really grainy and you have to exit and replay the video. I’ve never ever had any issues streaming videos on any Platforms such as: Netflix, Disney+, Prime, YouTube where the video gets grainy due to WiFi issues, never ever had this problem and only with Crunchyroll. And before you ask; yes I have tried this on multiple devices such as: iPad, iPhone, ps4 and Firestick and believe it or not, the issues exist on all platforms and devices. It’s god awful. I wouldn’t use it even if it’s free.

"We don't have an exact timeline for when this inventory will be available"

In their SLA, they have 14 days for receiving, which is super long. However, they haven't even succeeded in doing that for us, but it gets much worse. They also transferred ALL our inventory of one SKU, which is now unavailable for fulfillment. After contacting support, they said, "We don't have an exact timeline for when this inventory will be available for sale once more, but the expectation would be about 14 days from the date of the first transfer." Now, the inventory has disappeared altogether. You might as well throw your products out the window and save yourself the frustration of dealing with Flexport and the Shopify Fulfillment Network.

You have to Pay Mailchimp to give feedback! Don't bother because they won't listen. Greedy, ineffective and rude even when you do pay them. Frustrating as easily solved and we have been advertising their services for years. Not anymore. A great tool made useless by greedy people who force a sale but have no concept of delivering back value. Shape up your business practices or ship out Mailchimp. Can we give a zero for empathy and service and a 1 for delivery?

Woot'en You Like to be SCAMMED TOO?

Purchased an "Apple iPhone 6+ (A1522), Scratch & Dent - (Verizon and GSM Unlocked)" on woot.com that was listed it's condition as "REFURBISHED." Received the phone and activated it on Verizon only to find that the phone's cellular data will NOT work whatsoever. We spent over 2 hours on the phone with Verizon Tech Support that could NOT get the cellular data to work. Tech sent me to the local Verizon store. Went the next day and two of the local store reps could not get data to work, even when they inserted their own SIM cards that worked fine on other iPhones. Total time we spent with Verizon techs was 3+ hours. Woot refused to replace the defective phone that NEVER worked and only offered that I return the phone, and that I would have to PAY for the shipping myself. Thus, I have to pay $26 with shipping & insurance to get a refund of the $267.49 I paid Woot for a non-functional iPhone they sold, that was defective when they sold it. Is this FRAUD? The "90 Day Woot Limited Warranty" is WORTHLESS and so is Woot.com.
