So many ads! I keep getting Trustpilot ads which isn’t trustpilots fault it’s facebooks! They dont have to show as many ads as they do!!!! I’m tired of all the ads!!!

Review of nest

Nest Heat Link Failure

Nest has been working well since being fitted in September 2020. Last week Heat link on my Nest Thermostat set up failed completely. Phoned support line who quickly diagnosed the fault from the code given. Gave me a case number so I could book for a replacement to be fitted by BOXT who are the subcontractor. Had to be very patient waiting for a reply on the BOXT help line but eventually got a next day appointment. Technician arrived early with the replacement part, fitted it, waited to make sure the system was up and running properly. All covered under warranty. Very good service.

Mediocre app and pc browser1

The app and pc browser are mediocre at this point in time. I have used Brave for around 5 years and now I am looking to switch.The app has a bug where it doesn't let me search in the browser or cancel a tab without restarting the app. Plus, password saving hasn't been saving/updating everything well lately.I use chrome for work and brave is blocking websites out so I have to use regular chrome for now. Now the brave browser on my old pc is chugging and unwilling to work fast as it once did.I don't support their crypto ads nor do I trust their vpn. I will probably move on to Firefox for now as a main browser.

Bought hp laserjet printer and installed unsuccessful, hooked up on line service and transfer to a technician tried to resolve the problem, explained lots of computer trojan effective, end up to sale technic service charge.WHAT A WASTE TIME AND SCAMMER.Do not call them anytime.

2 identical HP printers both smudgy lines

2 identical HP printers both having smudgy ink at the same time - changed cartridge, changed paper still no good. Bought an Black XL cartridge from Tesco Plc £17 again same problem - phoned HP the person I spoke with said Tesco cartridge a counterfeit - I said what the UK's largest retailer have counterfeit cartridges told Yes. Told to buy HP product £53.99 from Currys - for 430 pages - Feel that HP are deliberating stopping your printer using anything but their cartridges - which cost more than the printer. Will never buy an HP printer again.

Worst cancellation subscription service

It was a painful experience to cancel my subscription. The only available options are through live chat or phone call. My cancellation experience through live chat was awful. After my saying no thanks about 6-7 times, the agent was still very pushy and annoying. When I asked him to put me through his manager or someone who can process my cancellation request, he asked me to “be cool!”. They should have treated customers with more respect. I didn’t expect to get such horrible service from The Economist. It was not a good idea to make it very difficult for customers to end their subscription. I wanted to temporarily cancel my subscription and was planning to subscribe again later but this poor business practice told me not to. I will not subscribe again and will not suggest my friends to subscribe with The Economist.

I applied for a blue cash every day…

I applied for a blue cash every day american express card with a 15 month 0 interest purchase and balance transfer. I have good credit with no late no bad remarks. These absolute monsters gave me 1000 credit line with only 750 balance transfer limit ! I took a credit score hit for that childish amount ? They are an absolute joke ! I called and they wont up my credit line. And of coarse foreigners for their call line. Nothing American about them.

That makes web browsing easy and pleasant from all those annoying unnecessary things that can ruin it for people. Currently using Google Chrome, and ad block, does it's thing greatly.

Lost my deposit into crypto.com. No support,

I just sign up with crypto.com after researched it was recommended by FORB online. I started to test fund my account it went thru. So next day I fund my accounts again with larger transactions, but then forgot to input my identification in my message box. And my transaction never show up in my account. I reach out to their customer support. It all bots automated and no one have gotten back to me. I send in proof of receipt of my transaction. My history complaint keep disappearing on my complaint thread. It been awful. Feel so helpless. Stay away from crypto.com. Easy to move your money in but nightmare to get back or even get support.
