Etsy withheld funds past 180 days, ignored my emails, and falsely claimed they’d escheat my money. I’ve reported them to Action Fraud and am escalating legally. Very disappointing from a platform I once trusted.

Clickbait is more important than checking facts for Stuff. Biased sensationalism no matter the human

Reporters do not do their homework and fact check before publishing stories that can cause harm to people. The reporters can write absolute rubbish even when given the opportunity to write facts. They technically could be sued for ignoring facts but they do not care. It's now a click bait tabloid based publication and credibility is nil. One of the chief editors Geoff Allott has in the past refused to change incorrect information written by a reporter who was given the opportunity to fact check and chose not to. Thankfully most readers saw through it. It's all about sensationalism and click bait not real stories. Appalling when we all see stories that can affect people's lives for the worse, and the attitude is apathy.

I have been purchasing all my drives…

I have been purchasing all my drives from Seagate for more than two decades. I recently purchased an Exox 20 TB drive that has a 5-year warranty and three-year rescue included. After registering the drive with Seagate, it showed that it only had 3 years and 9 months left. I was told that even though we are in December 2023, the drive warranty started in September 2022. I called five other times, and Seagate refused to update the warranty. Seagate kept referring me back to their chat support, which, by the way, has a message displaying, "Our support sites are experiencing severe weather, creating delays in our response time. We ask for your patience. Their chat has been offline for more than a week. I tried to explain this over the five phone calls I made to every representative I spoke with, and they just kept repeating, "Please go to our chat line." Seagate, what part of your online chat is not working  do you not understand?Do not purchase drives from Seagate; they will rip you off on the warranty. For that, you might as well purchase from Western Digital, which is exactly what I am going to do after I get my money back on this drive. Seagate You are committing fraud and ripping off consumers, most of whom are not aware of this fact, and if they ever need a drive replacement or rescue service, they will not get it as you refuse to update the warranty on your end. You are doing this intentionally; it is fraud and wrong.

Need to make closed captioning more accessible

I use Zoom for the majority of my online meetings. The feature that really frustrated me is that it is difficult to get Closed Captioning. The meeting host has to elect to use it before the sessions begins, so if you join in later and ask for them they can't just be turned on. This is well behind the tech of Microsoft Teams which just allows the user to toggle them on personally.

Worse experience and customer service ever.3 Guys burned me off. One took money for the journey without picking me up. The other where just not coming driving away for the location. I waited for 2 hours for the last driver and he just Kept post poning and not showinh up in the end. The last driver was Mohamed drives black kia 6024 - jws Doesn't answer doesn't move. And want me to pay the cancellation fees

Violent customers experience

I terminated my Statista account a while a go since did not see the additional value in paying (~1K€) for the usage of data that is freely available.However, termination process was not as smooth as one could expect. Without going to details, I can confirm many of the other experiences mentioned in the Trustpilot reviews are accurate including cancellation form that does not actually work and using a law firm Anwaltskanzlei Conrad to intimidate.I can just say that I have never encountered such a hostile company during my whole career.

Great chatbot, horrible service

I recently purchased a wireless mouse/ keyboard. Shortly after, the USB malfunctioned and was no longer readable. Since I work from home, I could not wait for a replacement, so I bought another device. I contacted logitech customer service the same day and they told me they could not refund me, I could only wait for a replacement. Do you not understand that the keyboard and mouse were not working and I need them for work? I suppose I could take a few days off unpaid to wait. Will you pay me my salary while I wait? I think not. When you have a product that people need immediately, you need a way to refund people for your faulty products.

Ordered enough merchandise to qualify for the black Friday free $60 gift. Received my package without the gift even though it was listed on the packing slip. Contacted customer service who sent a $15 coupon but said gifts can't be reshipped even though it was their mistake. Guess it's not really worth $60? Very disappointed.
