Nest has been working well since being fitted in September 2020. Last week Heat link on my Nest Thermostat set up failed completely. Phoned support line who quickly diagnosed the fault from the code given. Gave me a case number so I could book for a replacement to be fitted by BOXT who are the subcontractor. Had to be very patient waiting for a reply on the BOXT help line but eventually got a next day appointment. Technician arrived early with the replacement part, fitted it, waited to make sure the system was up and running properly. All covered under warranty. Very good service.
