I'm hopping on the Adobe is trash train. Trashy clunky acrobat, trashy adobe captivate, and trash ass customer support. Their acrobat app couldn't even recognize the text in PDF files and then when I asked them to edit it to make it editable, the first couple of agents helped me while the rest started citing "security issues" while asking for FULL REMOTE ACCESS to my computer. Bunch of hypocrites. You want full remote access to my computer but I can't send you a PDF to make editable even though that's what your garbage software is supposed to do in the first place. Adobe and its trash support can choke on the big one. Not one good thing about this company. Oh and the greedy bastardos will cut your access off to the software if you cancel the trial before the deadline, forcing you to remember when the trial expires since they don't give any reminders and they want to charge you. Manipulative, greedy, incompetent sons of Bs.
