One day, I was unexpectedly unable to log in and discovered my account had been disabled after an “automatic review.” I did not receive any warning or explanation, and to my knowledge, I did not violate any terms of service.I attempted to resolve the issue through the official appeals process but only received automated responses, with no clear investigation or follow-up. As a result, I lost access to my data and code, which was very frustrating.Based on my experience, I found the account moderation and support process lacking in transparency and responsiveness. I hope the company improves its communication and support for users facing similar issues.

It was time for my annual renewal so I looked on the billing and subscription page where it shows that the fees will be taken on the given date and shows a figure which is a reduction of the normal fees. It looks like this is the renewal fee and you would not know any different but what they tell you is it’s the previous fees paid and your actual cost is significantly higher. Not that the fees are unrealistic but it does feel like they are purposely misleading customers to resign without being totally clear on the costs. I have cancelled my account due to this and would not recommend them.

I suggest they demand a refund on their £1Billion weather forecasting supercomputer, and give it all back to the taxpayer. Stick to talking drivel about climate change, and we'll just look out of the window to see what the weather's doing.

I’ve called multiple time about uninstalling McAfee & Knack help off my computer. I’m either put on hold where the rep never returns to the phone call or hung up on. I am one of the many 1 star ratings that cannot get knack help off my screen. Also I’m getting consistent pop ups that tell me my service is ended. When I try and uninstall the app they have it rigged so that it will not uninstall. This is unlawful. There needs to be charges pressed against this company for holding equipment hostage.

I contacted customer service. They did not help me. They did not care about my issue. They told me to contact customer service, which I was talking to Customer service through the app! With a business like this, how don’t you have a customer service number! I highly do not recommend unprofessional! Use a taxi or Uber
