I used Claude AI for several months without issue, signing up with my Gmail account. One day, I was unexpectedly unable to log in and discovered my account had been disabled after an “automatic review.” I did not receive any warning or explanation, and to my knowledge, I did not violate any terms of service.I attempted to resolve the issue through the official appeals process but only received automated responses, with no clear investigation or follow-up. As a result, I lost access to my data and code, which was very frustrating.Based on my experience, I found the account moderation and support process lacking in transparency and responsiveness. I hope the company improves its communication and support for users facing similar issues.
