We have always taken pride in our Yelp profile and have made an effort to showcase it to our website visitors by featuring it in our footer. However, we are disappointed to learn that out of the +40 organic reviews we received, none of them were recommended by Yelp.This is unacceptable to us as we have not made any additional effort to boost our reviews, and it undermines the trust that we and our customers have in Yelp's review system. We believe that all of our reviews should be given a fair chance to be seen by potential customers.Therefore, we regret to inform you that we will be removing the Yelp link from our website footer and ending our advertising activity on Yelp starting from this month.

I used to own my domains through Google Domains until they sold their stuff to SquareSpace. The interface to manage domains and billing is the worst possible amateur webdesign ever. If you have 10 domains and want to change your credit card info, you have to do it 10 times ON EACH INDIVIDUAL DOMAIN. Which guy has designed this interface?

Most complicated card I’ve had to deal with. Any significant purchase was declined and flagged for fraud. I currently live overseas and they do not allow profiles to use phone numbers from outside the US. Which can make things a bit more difficult to iron out. Tried to set up my card for online use and could not… called in to inquire why and was just told “You couldn’t do that.” With no actual explanation. I’ve had this card for nearly 20 years (only tried to keep it alive for the credit history). Never missed a payment. Never late for a payment. Never allowed me to increase my credit limit. After some time of not using the card (due to living overseas and consistent issues trying to make purchases) they said they’d close my account due to inactivity. I ordered a new card, and as fate would have it, received it in the mail the day they closed the account. Customer service did put in a case to request they consider reopening my account, but the request was denied even though it wasn’t my fault I didn’t receive the card in time. After 20 years of never missing on time or early payments, they cannot honor this request.

Their data roll over policy is terrible. It doesn't roll over automatically, instead you have to manually roll it over by buying more. I've lost a lot of money and data through this ridiculous process, I was so shocked when I switched from my last company. And if you want to buy less data it doesn't last as long. such a scam, I wouldn't recommend Telstra
