My wife and I have been using Booking.com as platform to book guests. It has been working for a few months now until last Thursday when it cancelled 13 of our guests stays and refunded their money without giving us advance notice. When we called them they gave us four different excuses why they did this and blocked our booking days out. We are totally legitimate and have all our credentials and our Air BNB platform works great as does VRBO . We contacted Global News BC and they did a news story on TV regarding this problem. We aren’t the only ones having this problem as hosts, perhaps hundreds or thousands are having the same problem. Our Guest don’t know if they have a place to stay now. We have contacted each guest individually to try and sort this out, but cannot reach some of them as they are travelling from out of country. Booking.com is a nightmare, and we will be cancelling them as a platform to book stays.

Taken Advantage of: loyal customer for many years. While reviewing my recent bill recently, noticed I have been charged for 5 lines instead of the 4 lines I had authorized. Called AT&T, was politely told unfortunately it has been too long, I was not going to be reimbursed my $700plus and all they could do was turn of the line. I figured out the time frame was when I was in my local AT& T store. Of course everyone knows if u r a customer setting up a password or number, you set it up with the agent. Just saying. So at the end of the day, yes I should have thoroughly checked my bill instead of just paying but also I should not be penalized for being a loyal and trusted customer. Oh bythey went they sent me a survey 2 days later by text. Yes, I will be reaching out to another cell phone company. If you do not want to be taken advantage and heard, think twice before you decide on AT& T for your cell phone service.

I have shopped here many times. Overall a good experience just must agree with the other users on delivery irregularities but even though all the items ordered came in a good condition and the delivery delay never exceeded more than 2 weeks (in my case).

Wanted to use the platform more but it wasn't for me. My free trial ran out and automatically paid for a year sub, customer service took a little while to get back to me but fully refunded my account, no questions asked. Very happy with how they handled the situation when I was at fault.

Worst service delivery partner.Delivery not made in time, delivery agent not picking the call and making absurd excuses for delay, still waiting for delivery, very bad service, Amazon is way better than Flipkart.I would not even give 1 star on service.

I paid $20 for one font when it stated it at least had upper case and lower case. It’s a very simple basic font and I can’t even bold it. Extremely disappointed when I contacted them for a refund or at least the other fonts I was refused. Way too over priced and description doesn’t match the files given. Do not recommend.

I cannot give a lower rating. At about a month after I booked a vacation rental with Agoda, I received an email from Agoda saying that the price goes up another $384 for the same reservation. This situation is putting me in a solid turmoil affecting my travel plans. After a month time frame, I've lost opportunities and now I am in a bind to find a replaceable rental. I responded making an offer, stretching to another $200 and Agoda ignored and never replied to me. I was getting consistent threats about cancelling my reservation if I do not accept the new price. Agoda never had the courtesy of calling me, all by email. I would never use Agoda again, beware of this situation and would never recommend to someone. A booking is an agreement that should be respected. If Agoda or the owners made a mistake, its not my fault to damage my travel plans.

We have already reported this incident to the Brazilian police department and to her bank.We request Whatsapp swift action to block this fraudulent activity associated with the number +63 909 823 3021.But nothing was done.It's a shame.

I manage quite a few social accounts and this service is great, however I agree with the previous review, the pricing model is a little strange. I'm on the smallest paid plan at the moment and don't want to fork out $99 just to add one or two more accounts - shame. Hope they change this soon.

I took out an American Express Nectar card and if spent £2k within three months, get 20000 bonus points, which is worth £100. I was about £200 from reaching that milestone when a customer service op told me that I'm not eligible because I've had a previous AMEX card. Absolutely fuming and I will never be applying for an AMEX card again. As soon as my balance is paid, I'll be requesting an immediate cancellation. Also, I requested a refund for a service I had not received, and the customer rep was not helpful. Said I had to wait 14 days, as I told him that was the supposed refund policy, but the Wordpress plugin seller has not even responded to my queries of the errors on the plugin, so doubtful he will refund me.Why are people so unhelpful. I'll have to wait another bloody week just to get back in touch with them. AMEX - I do not recommend.
