I will NEVER purchase an LG product EVER again. I got a tv in September and have had CONSTANT issues with it. I have had a technician come to my home TWICE and have had to take off work TWICE. For them to replace the same part TWICE. I have called LG multiple times to figure out what is happening with my tv and I get the same arrogant RUDE customer sevice representative that refuses to help me. Today (4/1/2019) to figure out what was happening with getting a replacement tv just to be told it was my router not the tv. Keep in mind all of my other devices work INCLUDING my other LG tv. I was told that I would have to pay for replacement parts when the tv is still under warranty! This company is GARBAGE and they will never see another penny from me.

It's been a great compliment to poshmark and ebay for buying used items online. I've had no problems with the credit card transactions. The only issues I had the low end of bidding amounts seems to be capped so I can't bid more than the 20% of the asking amount. Also I can't search from most expensive to least expensive. I can only sort by least to most expensive. Overall, everyone seems pretty trust worthy. I like the app, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Unfortunately I had purchased another Groupon before receiving the email to do that. However I then chose the refund option which was done in a very timely fashion.

Worst selling experience of our life. We’ve had an unresolved issue with Etsy for over a year because they stopped accepting WiseBank. We emailed them 30+ times, called 40+ times, and spent countless hours chasing support no call-backs, no resolution. Clearly, we’re not the only ones dealing with this, If you value your time and sanity, avoid selling on Etsy at all costs.

I recently bought an item on Depop that arrived damaged and not as described. I followed their process and returned the item at my own cost, only to be told that because I didn't upload proof of return within their 7-day window, I'm not entitled to a refund - even though the seller has the item back. After back and forth with their customer service I eventually got through to Zoe B, who offered absolutely no resolution of any kind and was about as useful as an AI bot, it was clear she did not care about my issue at all!Depop has refused to help, basically leaving me out of pocket with no item and no refund.This isn't just bad customer service — it's a violation of UK consumer rights, which protect buyers when items are faulty or misrepresented. Depop hides behind their internal policies and leaves buyers with no real protection.I've now had to escalate this to Klarna, Trading Standards, and will be filing a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman.I'll never buy through Depop again, and l urge other buyers to think twice - because if something goes wrong, you're on your own.
