Taken Advantage of: loyal customer for many years. While reviewing my recent bill recently, noticed I have been charged for 5 lines instead of the 4 lines I had authorized. Called AT&T, was politely told unfortunately it has been too long, I was not going to be reimbursed my $700plus and all they could do was turn of the line. I figured out the time frame was when I was in my local AT& T store. Of course everyone knows if u r a customer setting up a password or number, you set it up with the agent. Just saying. So at the end of the day, yes I should have thoroughly checked my bill instead of just paying but also I should not be penalized for being a loyal and trusted customer. Oh bythey went they sent me a survey 2 days later by text. Yes, I will be reaching out to another cell phone company. If you do not want to be taken advantage and heard, think twice before you decide on AT& T for your cell phone service.
