Ive been a customer of Wayfair for a long time, had ordered so many items, but not returned even one until now. I just received a flower arrangement which the description is misleading and to return it I have to pay for return shipping, no customer service whatsoever, horrible company to deal with. They just want your money and if you are not satisfied with your order, you are on your own. They just lost a very good customer!
