Placed my order before Christmas, wasn’t expecting it before. The 1st delivery failed, so we aren’t happy, we tried to speak to one of the team at the call centre who put the phone down on us. We rearranged this via chat in the end, and the second delivery also failed, we’ve made an official complaint with no response as well as rearranging the 3rd time for a delivery, which also didn’t turn up! Really disappointment with the service from IKEA, we’re all just numbers I know but it’s not hard to deliver an order.
