I booked two tickets from expedia for my elderly mother and I to travel from Sarasota to Toronto. My mother ended up in the hospital and could jot travel. I paid for travel ins and they reimbursed part if the flight but the rest was issued asa credit by Expedia. I called to book a flight and was told the credit is gone. I did not realize the credit is only valid for a yr and they kept $179 of my money. Rip off!!!

Customer service is a NIGHTMARE. They STOLE from me, and here is exactly what happened. I have recorded EVERY call, and can prove EVERYTHING I am stating here is 100% factual. I am DISGUSTED! I called in after their business portal was completely nonfunctional immediately after they billed me for the very first time. One of the Representatives, a woman, answered after I was on hold for about 12 minutes. She had an EXTREMELY thick accent. I was DESPERATELY trying to understand her, but about 14 minutes into dealing with her, it was clearing impossible. English was CLEARLY her 2nd language. I am hearing impaired. Neither of us could understand eachother, and we could not get ANYTHING accomplished. I asked her to please transfer me to someone in the U.S., or to someone who's first language was English, because we were not able to communicate or get anything accomplished. She got really nasty with me. I recorded ALL of this!!!! Then she refused to transfer me and hung up on me. Causing me to have to go through hold times ALL OVER AGAIN. While I am on the phone with the next agent, I asked him a question about how to locate a screen I needed to access. I have been a customer for less that 12 hours! I got to a screen, and I stated, "This is very confusing for me." He VERY disrespectfully made fun of me, and said, "I don't see what's so confusing about it!" I said, "Sir, I'm confused by what I am seeing on the screen, there is really no need for you to speak condescendingly toward me. It's not helpful." Then, HE also hung up on me. Later, I had to go through the hold system AGAIN. I got on the phone with a guy who was very cool, and very helpful. I told him the entire day I had spoke with customer service about 7 times so far, and that everything had been going wrong all day. I told him at this point I was really angry and frustrated, and to please just help me with the questions I have, and not to take personally if I sound frustrated. He was super chill and cool and understanding. So, then I spend $20 more dollars to upgrade and add more feature to my account, because HE was able to walk me through to the screens I needed to access. HOWEVER, then he put me on hold for help find an answer about something, and while he was away, I checked emails from VAGARO, at which point I read an email that accuses me of being DISCRIMINATORY TO THEIR AGENT WITH THE ACCENT WHOM I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND. THEY CALLED ME A RACIST!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I AM A WOMAN WITH DISABILITIES WHO HAS HAD HER TIME WASTED BY THIS COMPANY ALL DAY LONG IN SO MANY WAYS. I WOULD RATHER DIE SLOW IN A DITCH WITH NO MANY THAN EVER EVER EVER ATTEMPT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE DISGUSTINGLY MORONIC AND DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh but wait, there is more. Then the same "Supervisor" sent me another email, and said he was going to BLOCK my number from being able to call customer support, making it an impossibility for me to use the services I just paid $50 for that same day! When my agent came back to the phone call, I read all of the emails to him, and I said give me my money back now! He said he would have to send a request, but he was not sure if it would get approved. All of this is theft! It is criminal! It is illegal! They have just stolen from me. Sure enough. After I get off the phone with that guy, the cool one, I try to call back to ask about how long it will take to find out if they approve me refund, and they have me blocked. I recorded myself make the call back to them 3 times, and the number is blocked. I can't call support. This company should be shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a real person with real disabilities, and asked for a real accommodation, and was called discriminatory for it! I hope the whole company fails and goes bankrupt.

My pins were all removed without any reasons and I started to contact support from their customer service team since 3 months ago but the problems are still unsolvedFinally when they had a chance to reply to my email they asked me to recover my 250+ pins one by one all by myself. the agent was very rude and completed my request without even explain to me what I should do in details. So my problem still remained unsolved. So disappointed with their service and am no longer interested in using this platform....

Their live view map function has MFA that is poorly designed. It locks you out after several attempts, not failed attempts, just attempts in general so you can only view the map a limited number of times and even though the map says auto updating, it does not so you need to refresh the page.

Writing on behalf of my partner who is just dealing with his e-mail being hacked second time in three months. This has been happening since hotmail has enquired by Outlook. First time he had a bit of support from Microsoft but this time there is not help at all and when you actually get to speak to someone they won't help you unless you pay!!! It seems to me that they are happy to overwhelm you with masses of adverts which they get paid for, and gather information about you. And above all provide bad service.

Requested a prepaid repair estimate. After 7+ self contradictory emails from Lenovo, agreed €30 with agent. Then received a auto payment request of €50. Asked agent to explain what they had expressly agreed as €30, told it was a 'miscommunication'. Asked for complaints / Manager email, which agent supplied. Then wait for it ... same agent responds to complaint about themselves !! Later agent asks for complaint to be resent, as it may not be received - even though same 'agent' had just responded to it from Planet STUPID.Later customer service 'Manager' responded - with the type of technical expertise that resembled taking car to garage for flat tyre & them telling you - you need a new engine. Buyer beware...

After 5 months of anual suscription via Applestore, all the AI programs and some other features stop functioning. Wrote to the company and was told that they didn´t have my suscripcion. Talk to apple and they did not help. I did not renew the suscription and changed to PIXELMATOR wich is much more complicated and difficult to use. Very bad experience from me.

0 stars actually. my husband apply for a card and we’ve been utilizing the car for about 34 days and we went to go get him some shoes for his birthday and the card declined. I’m thinking it’s just going to be a basic fraud alert you know say that you authorize the charge be done. No, he has to provide proof of statement and he does not have that we were primarily going off our shared account which doesn’t work, which I feel as unfair because he has a credit heat and a balance when the bank account statements could’ve been asked for verification purposes before the approval never ever recommend anybody to capital one ever again because I feel like I betrayed him. I put him in a bad predicament messing up his credit when I wanted to build his credit never again!!

Telstra NBN - non-functional for 10 months with rare exceptions. I am being charge $85 per month. THey are unwilling to provide me with a refund and insist on sending out a technician to fix the problem which they fail to do. THe last visit sabotaged my work fibre to the home internet service and they sent me a bill for my trouble. Incredibly frustrating. Can't wait to be free from any association with this diabolically bad company that appears to deliberately provide appalling customer service
