I recently realised that I only seem to write reviews for companies providing poor goods or services. Well this is a congratulations and thank you to Amazon. They have changed the world of retail and logistics to such an extent that we have completely modified our expectations. Yes in the hundreds of orders I’ve placed in the past few years I’ve had a few issues but Amazon have always dealt with them very efficiently. The vast majority have been smooth and whole experience has been at a level that only a few years ago we would have found incredible. Well done Amazon and thank you.

I subscribed to a plan for $139.85 for 2 years with 30 day refund if not happy. Found the McAfee app was incompatible with my device and 2 phones so tried to activate refund. Help online just sent me in circles and phone line quality was so poor that communication was impossible.Macafee seems deliberately impossible to contact. Do not trust this company.

A fight to cancel my membership

Absolutely shameful behaviour - charged out of the blue and when I noticed the monthly expense went onto My Account where it says you can cancel online by clicking 'Manage my details'. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE, you have to call up and FIGHT with them to get it cancelled. I was very cordial at the start asking straight off the bat to cancel my subscription. In reply, they didn't listen and instead tried to give me so many discounts etc every time I re-iterated that I just wanted to cancel. After that, they even went as far as to say "do you really want to give it up, I can see that you've been reading articles xxx quite a bit" - it felt almost gas-lighty! It shouldn't matter what the reason is... and I shouldn't have to ask 5 times for it to be canceled. I ended up having to tell them that if they didn't let me cancel it I was going to report them to the ombudsman (which I'm still tempted to do). Absolutely outrageous that a well-known paper like this doesn't have a function to let you cancel online - requiring you to do so over the phone during your work hours is just absurd and clearly a tactic to disincentive people to unsubscribe (they got a couple of months extra out of me as a result because I kept on forgetting to call!). I felt so strongly that this is not OK that it drove me immediately to leave this review - I hadn't ever given one on Trustpilot! Absolutely incensed.

Don’t ever buy from Samsung again

As my current Samsung all of a sudden had a green line tearing through its screen and repairing would cost as much as buying it new I figured why not upgrade to the latest version. So I bought the Samsung Galaxy S24 while they were promoting next day delivery (even on Saturdays). But guess what? Its been a week and yet no order, nobody from the WhatsApp customer service can tell me the exact reason or expected delivery date. Employee 1 said: there's been a delay because we are doing a quality check(QC) on your order (making sure everything is fulfilled in the order). Employee 2 said: there's no quality check on your order, just the Buds are going through a QC at this moment. Employee 3: Sorry to say but none of above are correct, we just dont have the items in stock (honest answer). Can you believe this sheet? I paid well over 1K for my order and nobody including the non responsive CEO Sean Yun can tell me what the actual status is. So the other day I decided to call and register an official complaint. During this call they told me: oh but we can create a ticket and request the status for you, no problem. What?? So you're telling me after the countless chats we've had where I specifically asked for the status or if anyone could check this and the answer was NO every single time, now a phone call with a complaint can actually get this thing rolling?!?! I cancelled my order and moved onto Google Pixel which arrived after 2 business days just as they communicated. TL;DR versionDon’t ever buy from Samsung unless you like getting F*CKD while all you are trying to do is spend your hard earned money with them!!

I get it, the world has lost it's flipp'n mind but apparently Kroger has too. Ordered groceries for delivery between 7p-8p. Got an email that the time slipped to 8-9. Not a big deal. Until it slipped to 9, then 9:30 and now 10:30, In what world is delivering ANYTHING at 1030pm acceptable?It gets better, called "Clifton" the on duty manger who claimed he can't do anything about on line orders and gives us the "cooperate" phone number. Jerk gave us the number for Direct TV... Google found the right number, but calling it gets a caned recording saying due to high call volume they can't take incoming calls.ARE YOU KIDDING ME KROGER??? You can't even answer the phone so I can cancel the order? It's 9:30pm, I have to be at work at 3:30am... Fair warning, I'm going to bed and I am NOT answering the door or accepting the order. Tomorrow I will file a dispute with the CC Co. to get a refund. I get it, it's unusual times, but that's not an excuse for Kroger to fail to at least answer the flipp'n phone so folks can CANCEL their orders that have slipped well past the agreed upon delivery time. Especially when that time gets into the absurd time of night for deliveries!Signed - Never again a Kroger shopper

Stuck in the Setup Process of Gsuite and no easy way to contact support.

Rating Gsuite. we wanted to setup a Gsuite account. We are stuck in the payment process and there is no way to abort it.Domain seems to be blocked. There seems to be no possibility to contact the support apart from a US Number or from the admin console, which we cannot access because of the payment process which we cannot abort.Apart from that we have chosen the basic price model, which is arround 8$ and after starting the process, you get the info that you are booking the medium package 20$. You can change the price model after that again. On the support pages you are running in circles.Setup with a competitor took around 10 Minutes. We couldn't register the domain in the beginning. The other customer customer support fixed the problem in a few minutes. Gsuite itself is clearly structure. There they beat other UIs. Would have been nice to have tracking, mail provider and other tools in one place, but not like this.
