Writing on behalf of my partner who is just dealing with his e-mail being hacked second time in three months. This has been happening since hotmail has enquired by Outlook. First time he had a bit of support from Microsoft but this time there is not help at all and when you actually get to speak to someone they won't help you unless you pay!!! It seems to me that they are happy to overwhelm you with masses of adverts which they get paid for, and gather information about you. And above all provide bad service.
