Arrogant, passive aggressive customer services. Legitimate order of 1 item, paid for then cancelled and told I can never order from them again! No reason given. I have since been told I have tried to bypass their limit checks which is unfair to other customers. Wt… defamation of character anyone??

Abysmal customer service on major appliance purchase

I had purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy to replace an existing refrigerator that had stopped working. Delivery was scheduled for today, 10/18/2024 and I took time off of work in order to accept the delivery in a 4 hour time window beginning at 11:30am. At 10:29am today, I received a text telling me I needed to “schedule my delivery”. I called their customer support to question this because it was already scheduled for today. They said their “agent called out today and you will have to reschedule”. No other options were presented and no compensation was offered for the now wasted vacation time I took from my job to receive the delivery. I cancelled my order. If Best Buy can’t afford more than a single delivery agent for an entire metropolitan area, I have no confidence I would receive competent support from the company should I need it in the future and thus choose not to do business with them going forward.

Skip Zillow all you get are brokers calls!

If you think of listing your home by owner avoid this site. All you get are realtors calling day and night. They have zero phone support for sellers but a devoted line for realtors. My home had 2338 views and 68 saves and no email from possible purchasers. I thought it was odd and had four different people fill out the contact agent-my email as they would not publish my phone number and nothing came through. A rip and we listed with a variable rate broker. BTW Trulia is also owned by zillow so I would avoid them.

I wish I never heard of it

They want about £50 every couple of years. In 20 years, you spend about £500 on a software that is not that impressive, and if you don't upgrade, there is an error message saying your Parallels software can't be opened because it's out of date and the only way is to upgrade in order to have access to your data. Just terrible. Sad that I’m thinking of cancelling my membership which my family and I have enjoyed over the years. All the reviews are spot on. Bad service, bad booking system and over priced restaurants. Come on NT listen to your members. No change no members.

I used a 20 off of 125 delivery coupon. They happened to be out of two things causing my total to be 123.50 instead of 127.xx (was supposed to be 107.83 after the coupon). They took my $20 coupon back and OVERDREW MY ACCOUNT. Even greedy a** Instacart and doordash let you keep the coupon savings!!! Will NEVER use kroger delivery again.Canceled my boost membership, and I’ll never look back!!! Money hungry jerks.
