That's why I tried to do everything myself, until I couldn't publish the website, and when I contacted support, after two automated responses they passed me on to human support who resolved the problem with an explanatory message telling me what to do... the attendant even sent me a screenshot. Fantastic!

I ordered a book this week and they informed the delivery would happen on Wednesday by 8.00 pm.On Wednesday, I received a notification saying the delivery was running late. The book was delivery the next day, and I would say the delay was mostly caused by customs clearance.Woke up this morning to a voucher, refunding my delivery fee, that I can use to purchase another item. I didn't ask for it, but they were pro-active!Quick and good service of a company that values their customers. This is one of the reasons why they are market leaders on what they do! Amazon.com.au

AC support is the worst. Plus, it's a bait-and-switch. They pitch $59/month but you really get nothing. Then the prices goes to $2500/year for 2500 contacts. I spent hours with tech support, got promises of this and that, total waste of my time, will be of yours, and got no where. Charged me $59 and didn't deliver. They have a no-refund policy. What a joke. Trust me, find another solution.
