IF IT IS POSSIBLE, I'D GIVE THEM 0 STARS, BUT UNFORTUNATELY, 1 IS THE LOWEST. U want to hear my story? I made an order on 29.11, right in November last year, on the website ZARA SLOVAKIA. It was a month in advance before I moved out of this NEVER AGAIN COUNTRY. The order should be delivered on 4th of December. It shouldn't, so I received an email that it will be delivered on the 5th. It wasn't, and from that time, NOTHING FROM THEIR SIDE ANY COMMUNICATION. I contacted their ''support centre'' each day for the next 15 days THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS, but nothing from their side, just we are working on it first all the time. I asked for a call 3 times, and just once they really called me.The reason was absurd that my phone number was wrong, which wasn't and wasn't, but we changed it to satisfy them. IT WAS ON 16TH DECEMBER. DO YOU THINK THEY DELIVERED IT ? NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT. So I wrote them again and told them that I moved to DENMARK so they should rn send it to denmark DO YOU THINK TEHY DID IT ? NO !! THEY HAVE MY MONEY FOR MORE THEN 1,5 MONTH RIGHT NOW. AFTER THAT I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS ROBBER WHO STOLE MY MONEY WITHOUT GIVING IT BACK TO ME WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION FROM THEM AND I HOPE YOU WILL ALSO UNDERSTAND THIS AND NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AS ALSO FROM THEIR COMPANY, ESPECIALLY THE SLOVAKIA DEPARTMENT, WHICH CONSISTS JUST A RUDE GROUP OF USELESS PEOPLE WHO DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.

My son gave my wife a LeNovo Carbon as a gift and it was a very nice little machine. My LeNovo Android tablet has been a reliable and useful device too so I decided to purchase my new workstation from LeNovo. I chose a system with an Intel Xeon, 64 GB RAM, etc, but when I went to place the order couldn’t find a way of doing so. Clicking the icon consisting of credit cards didn’t do the tick. It took me to a page of terms and conditions. I contacted Support and fully a week later they sent me an email offering a 10% discount and a link to the very page where I was unable to find a way to order the machine I’d customised. I decided to try a relatively new business (in Australia) where I had no such problems. Indeed, the selection and ordering process was totally painless and Dream PC also maintain a web page showing progress.

Rubbish Company, Disgraceful 'customer support' and total ignorance of ANY customer problem, once they have taken your cash. Lenovo 'Vantage software' advised a bios update for my 2 in 1 tablet. Downloaded and installed as required, and, The update BRICKED the item, after stating 'a restart was needed to finish installation'. The machine went away to 'restart' and vever did. Now, wont turn on.. BRICKED machine because Lenovo didn't bother to TEST their updates before foisting them on customers. Now, Lenovo are not interested in ANY way, shape or form.. Spent MONTHS trying to get sort out this, and, it appears many others have the same problem, (check out the 'forum' ) which is where Lenovo send you for 'help' but then don't bother to 'help' as only other users are on the forum, and no Lenovo staff!! £200 of equipment that was woeking OK before the update, now trashed, because Lenovo sent out 'virus laden' bios update, UNTESTED.Chinese scammers!! Only after your money!!DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!!Have now had to purchase another machine, but went for Microsoft, at least they are HONEST, and HELPFULL, unlike Lenovo.!!BE WARNED!!
