I ordered my son an amp for his birthday. It arrived without the cord, that was included with my purchase. I called the help desk and they not only sent a new cord but air expressed to me so my son could have it the next day. Amazing customer service!

Review of emirates

Emirates are the best airline!

Flew to Dubai 4/06 and returned 12/06. On both flights I was looked after impeccably by the cabin crew. The Pursers on both flights were outstanding. On the return flight the South African Purser was so professional and yet friendly, I felt so safe with his outstanding care. The Emirates staff are the reason that I keep on flying - a big thank you again to Emirates. For anyone with flying issues I would highly recommend Emirates to you.

Dont' do it!!!

would just like to say i asked for help cos it refused to update and thus kepts notifying me it it would not be able to give me protection for over half a year and when i went to customer service their response was wait for the next update. lol that funny cos it says it can't update. it's still broken but i've been busy i lowkey forgot about it and deleting it's notification of it being broken has just become a habit it's been a year and i honestly can't be bothered to get a refund anymore. constant problems with having to remove my firewall and other stuff but then still not working. Just don't get it. get norton or something i feel scammed and i swear it has done nothing this whole time ive had it. it's also really expensive and i regret getting it but i got into a phising scam so go it out of fear. REGRETT. should've gone with norton!

LANDLORDS, PAY ATTENTION!

The listing process was easy and I got a lot of responses. For the first time, I took applications and credit checks through Zillow, and even signed a lease through Zillow.Never again. After 1 month, you can not go back to view Application reports -- they EXPIRE. You better take screen shot (unlike EZLandlord where reports are kept in your portal as a pdf). Editing the lease was clumsy and time consuming as well. USE ZILLOW TO MARKET BUT DIRECT POTENTIAL TENANTS TO ANOTHER SITE FOR CREDIT CHECKS AND LEASES!

I bought a $50 prepaid gift card at…

I bought a $50 prepaid gift card at Target issued by MetaBank. Target refused to help me when I bought a product from their store and was completely ripped off!!! Attempted to use the card and it wouldn't work. Got onto their website and said there was an issue with the card. I called the customer service number, waited on hold for over an hour, they admitted the issue, said they'd send me another card and it would arrive in 7 to 10 days. Waited 2 months and nothing ever showed up. Called them again, waited on hold over an hour again, told them what happened, they had a record of my address on file and said they would send a new card out once again. It's been 4 months since then and I've never received anything. I looked online and this seems to be a common practice with MetaBank taking people's money, not loading the customers card, making it extremely difficult to reach them, falsely stating that they'll resolve the issue until you get tired of chasing your money. I'm not giving up though. You ripped me off for $50 and hours of my time trying to get my .oney back. This is unethical and someone should be in jail for this blatant scam. Give me my money back!

I’ve been with Amazon for a very long time, but for the last two years, I have experienced major problems with parcel deliveries. Despite my loyalty and frequent orders, my recent experiences with their delivery service have been extremely frustrating and unacceptable.Over the past three years, Amazon delivery personnel have repeatedly delivered my parcels to the wrong address. Not only do they deliver to the incorrect location, but they also leave packages outside my building, despite clear instructions and the building's Concierge noting that the parcels are not to be left there. My residence is part of a complex with multiple buildings, and the main reception only handles deliveries for the front building. The side buildings are not managed by the reception, and the Concierge has made this clear.As a disabled person who uses a wheelchair, I am often unable to get around to retrieve parcels left in communal areas or outside the building. Unfortunately, Amazon delivery drivers frequently leave my packages in these areas, making it difficult or impossible for me to access my items. Despite my repeated communications informing Amazon of these issues, they have largely ignored my concerns.A particularly troubling incident occurred a few months ago when they left a large order in the communal area of my building. I had to go in my wheelchair to retrieve these items, which was inconvenient and distressing. I even provided video footage showing where the drivers left my parcels, hoping this would help resolve the issue.When I contacted Amazon customer service to complain and request that a manager review my case, I was asked to verify my identity by providing my passport. I inquired why this was necessary, and they claimed it was part of an investigation—implying potential fraud. I was confused and frustrated, as I assured them it was not my fault that the parcels were being miss-delivered. After a lengthy 45-minute call, they finally admitted they needed to check whether I was committing fraud but refused to accept that the delivery issues were their responsibility.What’s more concerning is that they told me I am blocked from placing any new orders until I provide my ID. How can I trust them with something as serious as my passport details when they have treated me so poorly and mishandled my deliveries? This demand and the way they’ve dealt with me feels both unfair and discriminatory.This approach is unacceptable. It feels as though Amazon is more interested in investigating me rather than addressing the root problem: their delivery drivers repeatedly fail to deliver parcels correctly. The fact that they are withholding my packages until I provide personal identification, and are conducting investigations on me, is again shocking and discriminatory.As a customer who has spent significant money on Amazon products, I expect better service, accountability, and respect. Their current handling of my situation has left me feeling ignored and mistreated. I sincerely hope Amazon takes these complaints seriously but sadly they don’t and cannot image how they will improves their delivery practices and customer support.

Facebook is irrelevant

The more I try and block topics.... the more it shows me of that line of topics. It won'tshow me content from family and friends but it wants to get me to like things that align to fb values. Its political now too. It wants to be known for news but it has no accountability or integrity. It actively promotes phishing accounts and unethical practices. I hope it goes the way of MySpace. Complete garbage
