Terrible assistance

I loved Depop and was a regular user for years, finding it a great experience that was a more sustainable and cheaper form of retail shopping. But last week I was logged out of my account, when trying to sign back in I got my password wrong 3 times, it then said I had to contact to get logged back in (couldn’t change my password) so I got in contact and they said I would have to appeal for my account not to be blocked ?? So emailed and said I simply got my password wrong and want to change it or find out how to prove that it is me. They said they sent a link to appeal it further but none was sent (checked spam too). I then emailed asking for the link to be sent again and if there was something else I’m not aware of as a reason for blocking me from my account PERMANENTLY/removing my account as that is a massive over reaction for a simple password being wrong. I received a brushed off email refusing to give me any more information or assistance and to stop contacting and that now I am permanently blocked from Depop (without sending an appeal link)?? So now I cannot use Depop and have a very sour taste of my experience with customer service particularly Karl who I was “assisted” by.

However, there are not many part-time positions available, or the company's don't respond that say they have part-time positions avaible. Ads Google charges you for scam phone calls!

Ads Google charges you for scam callers! I was getting 10+ scam calls a day until I cancelled my Ads Google account. Then it dropped down to a couple per day. I figured I was paying at least $250 per month to receive spam phone calls. Ads Google showed I would get a $1000 credit to restart my ads, so after a month I tried again. There was no way I could find to collect the credit, and within 24 hours I was inundated with spam calls again! I cancelled the ads and will not be paying Ads Google anymore to get harrassed my scammers all day and night anymore.

Money hungry company. Their products SUCK!

I purchased my Seagate 2TB Backup Plus Portable Drive less than a year ago and all of the sudden it stopped working. I called their Warranty department and they told me they could send me a new portable drive, however I would have to pay to recover all of my data. So, in total about $650 to recover data that should be covered with the warranty or at least portion of it! I've had about 5 WD external drives and I can still go back to the very first I purchased 10 years ago and it still works without any issues.

APPLE CARD/GOLDMANS SACHS DO NOT CARE…

UPDATE: back in July I finally got a full refund from Apple/Goldman Sachs because I called again and escalated the issue after I left this review and the same review on Trust Pilot AND I complained with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau - Goldman Sachs saw this and finally responded. I finally talked to a person at Goldman Sachs - despite Apple customer service telling me I couldn't. They asked me to submit my information AGAIN for the third time. A few days later they gave my requested refund. I actually believe they didn't bother to look at the fraud that was clearly in my case the first couple times! Proves that leaving reviews and complaining to the CFPB will get action!APPLE CARD/GOLDMANS SACHS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!I've been an Apple Card hold for several years. There are some perks they offer such as 3% cash back on purchases. HOWEVER, as soon as you file a dispute, you are out of luck!I have a dispute for $1,970 that I paid for a fraudulent art program with Miriam Schulman Art. I've opened the dispute twice (Schulman Art refuses to give me a refund and won't discuss with me) in the past three months because the first time, despite ample evidence that I should get a full refund, my dispute was denied. There was no way to contact Goldman Sachs and Apple's dispute department is not helpful at all, even at the supervisor level. The second dispute was open and I had until July 2nd to provide additional evidence. However I just got an email today June 28th telling me my dispute has been resolved because of "no evidence." WTH!What kind of business do they think they are running? Surely not one of customer service! There is no way to contact Goldman Sachs investigation directly says Apple! Just awful customer service. Goldman Sachs has thousand of complaints to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau about their "investigative" department with the Apple Card. Very similar to my complaint!

My 30th birthday flight to Hawaii

‭I booked a flight to travel to Hawaii for my 30th birthday. I requested a specialty meal (vegan meal) because I can’t eat meat. I asked the flight attendant named Lisa who delivered my food to confirm there’s no meat. She says very rudely, that she’s “unsure and just the delivery person”. I politely asked “can you ask the cook or someone to confirm there’s no meat?” “UNFORTUNATELY NO! You can just read the ingredients right there” she replies rudely. As if I haven’t read the ingredients already. The ingredients on the container does not state there’s any meat however, there was an ingredient that looked like a piece of meat. So now I’m unhappy because I’m hungry on a 8hr flight and Lisa is telling me no one on the flight can confirm if there’s meat. I asked another flight attendant named Ceferino to assist and he stated it definitely looked like chicken. and will ask cook to confirm. Ceferino confirmed it was chicken and apologized on behalf of Lisa and the incorrect meal I received. I really appreciate Ceferino. He was very pleasant and patient. I would give Ceferino 5 stars if I could. I rated my experience poor because of the rude flight attendant and all I had to eat was fruit and juice on an 8hr flight on my 30th birthday. Lisa needs to be fired and find a career that better suits her positively and not negatively! ‬

Complete joke of a company!Have had to not only cancel my account but have also had to cancel my credit card to prevent them from continuing to charge it. They keep sending bills, they never respond to emails that I have sent to multiple email addresses. The call center in Australia is always unavailable and they are just a massive rip off!

Horrible Customer Service That Makes You Remember Marx

Horrible customer service. The chat gets auto-disconnected every 1 minute, and you get assigned a new person. By the time the new person reads your chat history, it disconnects again. So, I have to type random things like "." or "OK" in the chat, to make sure it doesn't disconnect again due to "pause in activity".

This is Tik-Tok rubbish

It's a phrase book that goes on and on forever, repeating the same rubbish. I'm 80 days into it and we're still in the present tense. Il vino. i vini. La donna. Le donne. I came back to it after a couple of years lay off, hoping to pick where I'd left it, but it has dumbed down so much.They don't even explain the context of the section, as they used to. And they've got rid of the drill downs where there were debates about usage etc. This is Tik-Tok rubbish. They've designed it for kids who obsess about competing in the leader board.
