Its political now too. It wants to be known for news but it has no accountability or integrity. It actively promotes phishing accounts and unethical practices. I hope it goes the way of MySpace. I have a laptop zenbook which the LED screen just cracked because I have held using my fingers on the screen for less than 5 second.The laptop is less than 6 months old and the customer services incharge has told me that this is physical damage and it is not covered under warranty.Where by, this is a less than 6 months old laptop, I did not put any thing on top of the laptop and neither do I dropped the laptop. And just by telling me holding the laptop for less than 5 second I am able to put significant pressure strong enough to crack the laptop.This is definitely a hardware issue and the counter service center customer service wanted me to pay for it just because the policy said this is not covered under the warranty.ASUS This is really ridiculous to provide such a horrible service without access with the duration bought for the laptop and just come into such conclusion. I am seriously disappointed with ASUS service. I have paid for the customer service initial evaluation of the laptop. Even I been to other service certer they will evaluate the cause before jumping into conclusion. However, I am shocked that ASUS is not as reasonable as their competitors.

Experiencing unacceptable customer service from Mitch. Waiting on the phone for almost an hour with unprepared staff, who has no clue about their company, only to have them abruptly end the call is truly frustrating. I’m not even sure if my order will be delivered. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY WITH IKEA AGAIN.

Saw a watch on Marketplace for £75 and thought that looks nice. I zoomed in and got the serial number. I continued searching and found an identical watch for half the price .Looking at both images - they were identical then I noticed. The same rug, the same position of the case and the manuals etc and the serial numbers were identical. I contacted Facebook and they Rejected my claim. Honestly, how does a computer program be so insufficientWhy don’t Facebook allow you to report scams and provide a detailed explanation as to your findings

I have been using Crunchyroll for a very long time and I can without a doubt say not a single issue that I have emailed them about has been fixed or even looked at. There are plenty of decent titles which really should be given to a different company like Funimation as this company does not know what it’s doing. The issues range from play back errors constantly to subtitles option being stuck on local language languages rather than selected ones despite whatever the settings say. The list goes with not even being able to access content such a one piece and lord knows how many other when trying to change to English. All they need is a proper competitor for them to become obsolete and fingers crossed Funimation is the one to do it and give us a better alternative over this horrible viewing experience.
