I would love to rate -100 They too 45 dólares for 2 dages exceed in icloud, they don't send any information at all about exceeding the limit, and the worst problem is that you erase your recordings but still counting if you don't empty your trash!!!!!! There are many better platforms and free. And you CANNOT self closed the fu...payment account, they wrote wait until end of period, but end of period they said the same message, so you never get out, only way closed you account with this fraudulent company.

The app is appalling which is a shame as it has by far the best content of any on demand terrestrial channel app out there but it simply doesn't work I watched a film yesterday and had to restart the movie a total of 26 times. What annoys me is that channel 4 KNOWS this is an issue but instead of addressing the issue it gaslights anyone who complains by implying it's an issue their end.

I ordered a TV stand, it was supposed to be delivered on December 4. There was no update on the shipping for over a week. After waiting for an hour and a half for the the service, I found out that the cabinet is already near me and will be delivered in 2-3 days. A lie, after the 5th day there was an update and it turned out that the cabinet was in Buffalo. After sending the 2 emails, no one has contacted with by phone or email. The waiting time for a conversation with the service is up to 4 hours, which is a joke.Never again

On Jan. 31, 2023, Zoom emailed me a 30% discount offer to renew my Pro subscription. The offer expires Feb. 23. Great! I'll take it. Followed the link to my account page. I see the 30% discount. I click on it. Then nothing. No Apply button, nothing showing up on my billing page, no one answering in Billing, sales won't help me because it's a billing question. Waiting on hold for forever with billing. So let's use the chat bot. When I tell them they haven't answered my question, I'm told my account doesn't include chat support! Even though we've chatted. Even though I have a Pro account. I've tried for weeks now to get an answer to this very basic question - how do I apply the discount you offered me?

Simply put, I'm an aged person who is visually impaired, not to mention "challenged in the IT arena". The simple calculator in my day was banned from schools, and now I have to deal with a mega corporation, who ,after successfully signing in, have deemed it necessary that further verification is needed, simply because an aged, IT challenged, sight impaired person mad an error signing in (i did not see the CAPS lock was on ) and to now get access to my mail, they are demanding I sign a service and support contract to achieve this. Frankly put, its nothing but a MONEY MAKING scam policy that's been implemented and I as many others find it insulting, inhumane, annoying, frustrating not to mention another dozen inconveniences and repercussions one has to deal with, like not been able to confirm your monthly pension payment which is needed for survival. SHAME ON YOU

I called to cancel my order before they shipped the item and charged my credit card. They said they processed my cancellation and I will get a confirmation email within 24 hours. But I haven't received any. I called the customer service again, and they said they somehow couldn't go through the cancellation process and tried it again. It was successful this time and I would sure get a confirmation email within 24 hours, but again, I didn't get any. Again, I contacted the customer service, this time, by email. They relatively responded quickly saying I can't cancel anymore, and they'll ship it (scheduled next week). It means I have to return it and ask for the refund. They kindly say they won't charge the returning shipping fee.I asked them to erase my credit card information so that they can't charge me and they won't ship the item. They don't respond to me at all. I needed to cancel my credit card to prevent them to charge me and ship the unwanted item. It was the only credit card I have. I don't have a credit card at all until a new one arrives. Can you imagine how my life is inconvenient right now?

When I think I need a function on my site, an array of Crocoblock plugins come together to provide the answer.What makes Crocoblock untouchable though is their support staff and support system on their site. No ticketing system, just immediately into a chat system with a wonderful support member of the team, and sorting out the issue with expertise, screenshots and support. I've NEVER not had an issue sorted in a chat within 10 minutes.If I could give them 10 stars I would.
