Order 38521676-0005 :1/ Three days the order was promised to be delivered; failed, nothing happened 2/ I have been trying to clarify the status : the last explanation was ‘no place at the car was available’ ; I was amazed as the box was really small3/ The delivery was pre-paid, despite on my questions, no attempts were suggested to improve the delivery as the suggested date was out of my availability. The order was canceled as I could not receive it on time.4/ I was really amazed with the online support, as I was abused by operator Yana of ‘cheating’.. & I was said that if you do not like something ‘you can receive !your money! back’. Oh, thank you, so “kind and generous”)Resume :1/ I pre-paid the order with agreed delivery and, finally, needed to justify myself not knowing what for and why. Btw, I have premium account which was paid separately. With these regards, I do not understand the advantage of the premium account at all!2/ OZON has clear problem with the quality aspects as the online support is responsible for claim process..this is to be separated.I hope the other orders would not be so complicated!!! I am highly disappointed.
