If l could give a 0 l would we had a soundbar and subwoofer which went wrong was under warranty made numerous phone calls most of the time was hard to understand them they asked for video to be sent which we did they said they could open it because it had a password we didn’t put any password on we got absolutely no where with them they are useless we went and bought a Bose which is fantastic l would say do not buy anything from Samsung and there warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on
