I opened 8 tickets and my problem is still not fixed as I'm simply stuck in a loop of incompetent persons that have no idea what I'm talking about and give me answers that I haven't asked for while not answering my questions, this takes a lot of skills to do that.I'm horrified to see a 1.1 rating with more than 4000 reviews, it clearly shows EA does not care at all about its customer service, very sad, EA is done for me, I uninstall everything and I'll stick to Steam/Ubisoft...

The monthly subscription returned, but I’m leaving 2 stars because I used the service for about 5 months, then traveled abroad. When I resumed using it for a short period, the monthly subscription was no longer available—only annual plans or 100-euro for monthly. I only need the service for a few months, so forcing an annual payment feels like a scam and does not make any sense.

I used their service once in my life

I used their service once in my life I have just bought $1 course and $382 is gone from my account. I never wanted to commit to any subscription I don’t have job right now so $382 it’s a lot of money for me so I asked for a refund, this charge was done today so they can see I didn’t even use it and me as consumer have full rights to request a refund.I already reported that to my bank for investigation. This is ridiculous. What an unprofessional business. I’m in shock. There is no customer service at all. I will never user them again.

This company is okay when your ordering…

This company is okay when your ordering but when things go wrong they dont want to know. To expand my 86 year old husband who is far from computer savvy order a guitar and a few other things. We live in Fuerteventura and they told us the parcel would be delivered within 7 days. We are now almost four weeks with no parcel, it is stuck in customs, who want certain information which we have sent but it's in the wrong format. I asked a man on the phone at Thomann to help by sending the documents to us in PDF format, it was like as was talking to a dictator, he was rude, unhelpful and spoke to me in the most disgusting manner. Okay I know it's a customs problem but the fact that we are both older citizens and needed some help with this. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told there was none in the office , I asked to speak to someone else was told everyone would tell me the same thing, it's not Thomanns problem, he eventually put the phone down on me. Utterly disgusted with them.

This was a bad experience with Lyft

This was a bad experience with Lyft. I ordered Lyft going from Yuma City to Algodones US/Mexico border crossing. The price was quoted $26.12 but they charged me $49.12. Then a day later, they charged another $11.92 on my card, I disputed the charges, they refunded me only $11.27. On top of that, the driver even with the help GPS missed his turns twice. I am never using this company ever again.

Great website but was a little ticked off by comparing ratings

I was updating my privacy setting for ratings and on their webpage for ratings privacy setting ( it looks something like Privacy Settings, then under it says rating in olive green color ,then it has three options you choose from on how you want to set up your ratings (and update your ratings privacy setting as well) such as do you want them to be public , private or public only with reviews. But I noticed that under the ratings (on their privacy setting webpage) for rating -which is in olive green color- says the message "Sharing your rating history allows other users to compare their ratings to yours and displays your rating on any reviews you write (IMDb)" - I did not like how it says where others users will compare their ratings to yours. This website should not be used to compare ratings (it doesn't make any sense to compare ratings anyway like it is everyone's own choice how they want to rate something , users do not come to IMDb to compare their ratings to other users they just come there to rate and share their opinion about something that is it). The IMDb. com ratings and review set up is easy/quick unlike other websites which is very good. It takes 2 seconds to find the ratings and the reviews on whatever we want to rate/leave a review on which is good and not too much time consuming.

Absolutely hateful, unethical is what is HP. I have been making complains over complains about my laptop for past 2 months and all I am getting in revert from customer care is that parts will be delivered in 2 days. ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS. i cannot express this enough how disappointed I am in their service. For anyone planning to purchase HP laptop, make sure you understand THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE AFTERPURCHASE. IT IS USELESS AND UNRELIABLE. i have a 1 year warranty for no good reason, now is it? ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED.NEVER IN MY LIFE I AM PURCHASING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Ordered a printer from them. Do not buy!! I’m trying to return it and it’s so difficult. My order number isn’t correct. Trying to contact them but they refuse to refund it and leading me on to ring customer services to get tips on how to set it up. This company is a joke
