This company is okay when your ordering but when things go wrong they dont want to know. To expand my 86 year old husband who is far from computer savvy order a guitar and a few other things. We live in Fuerteventura and they told us the parcel would be delivered within 7 days. We are now almost four weeks with no parcel, it is stuck in customs, who want certain information which we have sent but it's in the wrong format. I asked a man on the phone at Thomann to help by sending the documents to us in PDF format, it was like as was talking to a dictator, he was rude, unhelpful and spoke to me in the most disgusting manner. Okay I know it's a customs problem but the fact that we are both older citizens and needed some help with this. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told there was none in the office , I asked to speak to someone else was told everyone would tell me the same thing, it's not Thomanns problem, he eventually put the phone down on me. Utterly disgusted with them.
