It's the second time I buy an item on Depop and I now pay the new added fee which is for buyer protection supposingly and the item never arrived, the seller refunded me and put it back on sell in a much such higher price! I tried to report the seller but the report button never works! Why pay extra fee if buyers are not covered! I have submitted a report 5 months ago for an expensive item I bought that came damaged and they have never come back to me! Their report and customer service IS ZERO! AVOID! and Depop needs to get heavily sued!👎👎👎

I purchased the Premier subscription, actually expecting to have my parcels delivered the next day... not four days later. There has recently been a massive reduction in the level of customer service from ASOS. When I messaged to ask about the whereabouts of my parcel, I was simply told to 'just wait.' If I wanted to 'just wait', then I wouldn't have selected for my parcel to be delivered on the next day. ASOS failed to keep me informed of the whereabouts of my parcel and I was expected to search for my parcel through Royal Mail myself. This is a really big example of poor customer service - do not bother buying the Premier subscription as it provides no realistic benefits to the consumer when parcels are NEVER delivered the next day.

Since moving to NZ from Europe where there is an excellent range of online news websites, looked forward to viewing Stuff here in NZ.What a disappointment - so left winged, Anti ruling party and lately, Anti Wellington. I've lived in Wellington for 18 months and what a great vibe it has but the Auckland based Stuff at every opportunity seem hell bent on putting such a negative spin on the capital.Recent articles of a cafe closing; most places in NZ at the moment are experiencing this in the economic downturn, the lower than normal temperatures for January "worse summer start in decades", yet the number of sunshine hours for January 2025 was only 8 hours down for the average by the 14/1/25.Most of the year I'm wearing summer clothes here in Wellington!House prices in Wellington - The largest drop from peak values yet had the highest gain from the main centres.Me thinks Stuff wants Auckland to be the capital of NZ where their base is.Other reasons to turn off from Stuff - look at articles long enough and then get bombarded with rubbish ads or cut you off with one paragraph and then try and get you to create an account in order to log in and read - no thanks!A friend told me about RNZ online and now a complete convert - great impartial news articles with no ads or the need to recreate an account.

SQUARE RUNS ILLEGAL BUSINESS!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SHADY CO. True what others said: Stupid rules, no legit reasons, CS is non existent! Don’t believe those glorious reviews- they’ve written by Square! I received PENDING DEACTIVATION NOTICE & ACCNT WILL BE DEACTIVATED IN 30days. After 3 years of giving Square business and $205K yearly gross sales on which they made money. they kick me out with zero explanation as to why. For 3weeks I’ve been emailing, calling for responses and response is “it’s impossible to give you which section of the rules you violated and we have no facts of violation“ Really? They don’t even know what I violated? One agent said my business isn’t supported. How so a legit business Airbnb/short term rental business isn’t supported???? So there are millions of other Airbnb hosts in a world and Square doesn’t take any of them??But why not say this to me Before I opened accnt ?? they asked what type of business & only than qualified me to open Square accnt. Which I operated for 3years with zero changes, except growing sales volume so it was fine for 3years and suddenly it’s not??? Stupid rules, nonsense, horrible CS! I’ve barely had any disputes, my transactions are solid, mostly swiped card in person. Happy customers. I provided my Airbnb Superhost accnt & other platforms. I only take CC from direct clients or platforms who make host to take direct payments. I was even denied to speak to a manager. Square throws their customers & can’t even get simple explanation as to why account suddenly disactivated after 3 years of doing nothing wrong??? So shady, unprofessional & grossly wrong. This Co should go out of business! And their answering on reviews is they can’t find account is also grossly wrong. They ask Trustpilot privately to provide account info which I did. They can find my account. And offer support. Sadly they don’t! UPDATE ON THEIR RESPONSE: They asked me to contact them but provided page that takes back to Customer service who didn’t provide resolution nor answers. RIDICULOUS! I CALLED DOZEN TIMES CS, that’s what I’ve written in my review THEY SAID THEY DONT KNOW WHY MY ACCNT WAS DEACTIVATED! What a horrible co! Even their replies to bad reviews are non sense !

I am unable to resolve my two-factor authentication issue after moving to a new phone and not moving Zoom to my new authenticator app. I cannot get anywhere to contact Zoom without both my account number and my profile ID and I only have my account ID. The support chat bot keeps sending me in circles and there is nothing listed for MFA. I am unable to get through to a live person without these two pieces of ID and I am frustrated. This is for a paid subscription. If Zoom does not respond to my recent support ticket, I will be terminating my subscription and going with a different remote meeting tool.

The support team is fantastic. I had a minor issue when upgrading a plan, I wrote them and in less than one hour (and a couple of mail with them providing me the explanation and the options and me choosing the option) the issue was solved

Exceedingly poor customer service.I receive a random email to say my hotel room for a weeks time has been cancelled, quoting a confirmation number (that didn't actually exist anywhere) and two telephone numbers - the first wasn't actually a telephone number, the second was a US number.The telephone number the Hotels.com app has for the hotel also didn't work. An absolute shambles.Found a UK telephone number online - tried to call but they just left me hanging or hung up. Honestly, acting like a con outfit. I cannot begin to express how disappointed I am.

I love Envato Elements—I’ve been using them for years, and honestly, they’re the best platform around for templates. And yes, I’ve tried other platforms (looking at you, Adobe Stock), but when you compare the two, it’s like comparing a luxury sports car to a tricycle. So, here’s the deal: Adobe Stock charges you about $30/month for 10 downloads. Yep, you read that right—TEN downloads. I don’t know about you, but I blinked and that was gone. And to top it off, Adobe doesn’t even offer a fraction of what Envato does. Seriously, the selection on Adobe is like a single slice of pizza, while Envato is the whole buffet. The prices are pretty much the same, but with Envato, you get unlimited downloads and a selection that’s 1000x larger than Adobe. Mic drop. I don’t really run into problems with the products I download from Envato. The only “issue” I’ve had is with WordPress files, and even that’s pretty minimal. We're talking maybe once every 100 downloads—not bad at all. Now, Envato’s AI stuff is next level. My favorite feature? The AI voice generator. I used to pay $20 a month on another platform for pretty much the same (if not identical) voices. But with Envato, it’s included in my subscription. The only catch? You’re limited to 400 words per file, so if you need more, you’ll have to download multiple files. But honestly, for quick openings or short clips, this is perfect. I’m not making War and Peace here, just a snappy intro.Here’s a bonus that I absolutely adore: Envato separates its AI stuff from the human-made templates, fonts, images, and more. So, when you’re searching for, say, a YouTube thumbnail, you won’t get a mix of AI-generated garbage and artistic genius all thrown together. Nope, it’s either AI or human-made. This way, you can easily find the right design without sifting through a bunch of weirdly robotic thumbnails. The sheer amount of templates, fonts, and images Envato offers is insane. Some categories are better than others, but overall, the selection is huge. Honestly, I don’t get why anyone would pay for individual files on other marketplaces when 90% of the stuff you need can be found on Envato Elements, and it’s all licensable if you're using it for something like YouTube. I’ve tried every template site under the sun—Freepik, Adobe Stock, etc. But in the end, Envato Elements is the best. It’s like the Amazon of templates, and nearly everything offered on other sites can also be found there. And let’s not forget, it’s all legally licensed. So you can just download and get to work without worrying about some shady copyright issue lurking around the corner.

Don’t buy online right now. I totally understand that shipments are globally delayed at the moment due to the pandemic, but my online order has been processing for over a week with no communication or updates about expected shipment times. At least let customers know what’s going on. They are just taking online orders and not shipping out items, on top of cutting off access to customer service. I’m not about to sit here waiting on processing status for a month and will be canceling my order.
