I am unable to resolve my two-factor authentication issue after moving to a new phone and not moving Zoom to my new authenticator app. I cannot get anywhere to contact Zoom without both my account number and my profile ID and I only have my account ID. The support chat bot keeps sending me in circles and there is nothing listed for MFA. I am unable to get through to a live person without these two pieces of ID and I am frustrated. This is for a paid subscription. If Zoom does not respond to my recent support ticket, I will be terminating my subscription and going with a different remote meeting tool.
