Simple request for a return label to be printed and mailed to me to facilitate return of ~$4000 purchase."newegg can schedule a pick up with UPS and send you a label, but this is a third party purchase and Newegg won't do that for 3rd party purchases." !!!!It's a simple request. Evidently newegg doesn't have printers now. They did before. No hesitation last time I had to ask for this: my previous purchase because of receiving defective items two times. I PURCHASED THROUGH NEWEGG BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WOULD HELP IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS. What they will do for first party purchase, they refuse to do for 3rd party purchases. It's the same service: print & mail. How could doing that in any way negatively impact newegg?So if newegg isn't going to help, and I have to get attitude from a supervisor also; remind me again what is the reason to purchase through newegg?
