I purchased the Premier subscription, actually expecting to have my parcels delivered the next day... not four days later. There has recently been a massive reduction in the level of customer service from ASOS. When I messaged to ask about the whereabouts of my parcel, I was simply told to 'just wait.' If I wanted to 'just wait', then I wouldn't have selected for my parcel to be delivered on the next day. ASOS failed to keep me informed of the whereabouts of my parcel and I was expected to search for my parcel through Royal Mail myself. This is a really big example of poor customer service - do not bother buying the Premier subscription as it provides no realistic benefits to the consumer when parcels are NEVER delivered the next day.
