I wish I could give 0 out of 10 for this platform and its poor customer service. They are slow to non existent. I have had enough and will never touch this platform again! Very disappointed that i transferred coins to this app and 24 hours later nothing in my wallet! I should report this to the government. They should be banned from Canada!

SurveyMonkey = ZERO Customer Service!!

SurveyMonkey is, in my opinion, a scam outfit. They make it impossible to directly deal with any human over the phone. (The phone number that they supplied my Credit Card Company was NOT in Service!). Do not waste your time with this company. They are setup to be totally biased in their own favor. Customer Service is an absolute ZERO!! If You make the mistake and sign up with "AutoPay", SurveyMonkey makes it nearly impossible to turn it off and cancel your account. There is a good reason why they have so many "One Star" reviews.
